Any human being with a brain would assume that overnight shipping would mean the item you are ordering will be delivered the next day. (Most likely around the afternoon if youre cutting them some slack, understandable). However this was not the case for us. We ordered overnight shipping for a SIM card for a phone that cost us $0.00. Expectation: Come home from school the next day, open mailbox or check doorstep, retrieve package, use SIM card, etc. Reality: Return home from school the next day, open the mailbox to see bills and magazines, check doorstep and what do I see, a piece of paper taped to the window notifying me that my package was not delivered because nobody was there to accept it. You would think that as a company as widely known as FedEx they would have the level of intelligence to realize that when a package is ordered for overnight delivery, it is probably expected to be delivered the next day. They should also know that seeing as we live in an area with a relatively low population density as well as a extremely low crime rate that it might not be such a bad idea to simply leave the package at the doorstep. Especially considering the package cost $0.00. I strongly urge anyone reading this to choose literally any other possible form of package delivery service available to you. I am also convinced that UPS wouldnt have pulled something like this.

Absolutely useless. My package arrived at this facility around 3 in the morning, and it never left, so at 11:46 I called them. I was informed by the rep that my package hasnt left yet, so she contacted the facility and nobody would answer. At 11:56 The delivery was canceled, so then the rep tells me that I can pick it up at the facility because the date was moved up. As Im driving to the facility, I get a call from Dominic and he tells me that the driver tried to deliver my package, I asked when, he said at 11:56, so that means while I was on the phone asking where my package was, it was actually at my front door, and of course its just too hard for the driver to ring a doorbell, so then Im forced to wait for my package until I can pick it up because the people at this facility are too lazy to put into the system that they received my package, and too lazy to pick up the phone. This package was something I needed for work today (also cost $800). So overall this whole process cost me extra money (gas due to an hour of driving) and a ton of grief that doesnt just go away with the day. Please dont ever use FedEx as a whole, but if you absolutely must due to a company, make sure that it never goes through this location.

The absolute worst delivery company. Im appalled and shocked that this is how they conduct their business. We sent specific delivery instructions from the company that we purchased our packages from, none of which were followed. We then called in the morning to give both of our phone numbers to make sure the driver could deliver the package in a way that was easy and convenient because of construction at our delivery location. We were never called, even though we were assured that we would be. Then only to log on to find out that the driver "said our package was undeliverable and address was incorrect", when Fed Ex ground just delivered another package to this same address 4 days prior. Not only did we wait 8 hours for a package that never came.... We were given absolutely no communication what so ever with the driver even attempting to make the delivery and there was not one attempt to rectify this situation. We then have to drive to the location to pick up our own package. All after calling over 6 times to customer service and being given a number to the "facility" that wasnt even in service. Simply disgusted with our experience. BEWARE, request ANY OTHER COMPANY for your delivered products......

They always leave the packages on the ground in the driveway outside the garage door where our vehicle tires drive in and out. I have run over several packages this way and once destroyed a digital camera because I did not see it and pulled out of the garage. We do not walk in and out of our garage and there is no people door there, just a garage door which is for cars which are heavy and have tires and dont have under-chassis cameras to see packages lying on the ground. I simply do not understand why they cannot leave the packages by the completely accessible front door. Lazy.

Worst delivery company. They didnt deliver package today said roads were too bad but yet saw one of their vans out. And saw every other delivery out there. Then to top it off they tell me I have to wait till Tuesday now because they dont do home deliveries on a Monday. What kind of sense does that make.

Fedex is becoming that shipping company you want to stay away. I order two items from new egg, first item was lost (stolen) at the fedex ground facility in Newark, NJ . Second was put on the wrong trailer and end up at other state.
