The worst FedEx location. Never choose this location to pick your package. They say they will call you but they never call you. It is up to you to check the status and call the general customer care and get an update. It is your luck you receive your package. I never had this trouble in the past.

I went in to pick up a package on a Saturday afternoon and I stood in the store by myself for nearly 15 minutes -- it wasnt until the delivery guy pulled up that I was able to get any assistance.

The staff at the KoP ship center are organized, helpful, and I have had great luck picking up and shipping everything from here.

I called the 800 number and was told that the King of Prussia location does not have a notary but the collegeville location does.
