I bought 4 20 inch boxes from them which only 1 was used and attempted to return the 3 boxes that werent used which they didnt wanna refund me for because i had no receipt... they wont even compare the boxes to the ones they have because they would look 120% alike cause i bought it from them... Terrible ups customer service, wouldnt recommend.

Obivously the current owner(s) are doing something right. Amazing service. Multitasking employees at their finest. People are so quick to complain, but how many people take time out of their day to off a compliment. You cant blame them for something "UPS" did by the way. Its a shame that these negative reviews are even on here.

This is an extremely well run store with employees who are attentive and helpful. Twice I have arrived five minutes before opening, and the owner has waved me in early. Try that at Starbucks! (Btw, keep in mind that UPS is a franchise operation, so quality may vary. All I can say is that the Mt. Pocono store is excellent).

Horrible customer service at this location by the owner. He did not greet us or provide the same service as he did the other customers in his store. He was rude and didnt want to help or answer our questions. Completely unacceptable for the standard of a UPS franchise. Customer Beware, especially if youre not white.

I went in here and was treated by two rude people who had no desire to listen or try and help. I am a pretty tolerant person but this was over the top rude. On top of being rude they are expensive. So if you like overpaying and being treated like an idiot, this is your place.

wonderful service. I always call in advance for them to warm up the laminate machine for me and they always do. My wifes a teacher and is always laminating stuff and they are always happy to assist her
