I agree with all the other reviewers. I have been in there a few times and each time the guy has tried to make me buy "better" packaging materials. Considering I am returning the same "in good condition" box from Amazon, I find it unnecessary to have to buy a new box and shipping supplies for $15....I think Amazon knows what they are doing when it comes to shipping. Plus Ive noticed the same guy is always a bit condescending as well. One time I went there...I was the only person in the store...he emerged from the back room and yelled out "Next!"....like there was a group of people there. I said "ummm....that would be me, I guess I should have taken a number". He didnt find humor in my reply. I literally was laughing all the way out the door.

It appears every time we attempt to mail a package at this location the clerk wants to charge an additional fee to re box my already pre paid package at a price of $14.00 more.This box is the same box that came to me from a very reputable company delivered from UPS to my door.Yet he will not resend it.I watched as he did the same thing to the sweet elderly lady in front of me as he did talk her into paying an additional $14.95 to re-box it.He told her he would not send it like that it may break.She said she would take her chances, he refused .When he re fused me I refused him and walked out. I went to the other UPS store down the street.

I have been using this store for 8-10 years. I am surprised to read the poor reviews. I have always had solid service. The staff is friendly and efficient and the store does not change personnel every 3 months. I wish they had a bigger selection of boxes, but I say the same thing about Staples.

The condescending employee didnt like the box I wanted to ship my goods in. He tried to sell me a $1 box with $6 in packing materials. I refused to pay the extra money. Then he refused to send my package.

I agree what others are saying this place tries to rip you off by repackaging your item and make money from you. They suck!
