When is comes to notary service, the ownership is clueless. Called store to ask about getting signature notarized. Told me they needed to see the form first?? My wife and I took a standard notary form and our identifications to Newtown Square UPS location. Ownership wanted to "read the document in detail that needs to be notarized". I explained that all I needed him to do was notarize our signatures and the content within the document had nothing to do with his notary service. He insisted I was wrong and wanted to review the complete document before providing notary service. It was apparent he had no idea what he was doing. After reviewing said documents, he wanted to then go "discuss with is associate." Upon his return, he indicated that because both my wife and I were listed on the same notary form, he could not notarize. Said that we need separate forms for my wife and my self and he needed a special form to notarize both?? Huh?? I told him I often get forms notarized whereby my wife and I are listed on the same form and we have NEVER had an issue with this. He said I was wrong. This was a complete waste of time. I f this store/owner does not know how to notarize, they should not advertise they do. Completely clueless and a waste of our time!
