Called today to request a letter be picked up and delivered, the man on the phone was rude, basically told me he is turning the work down because he is afraid I would not pay him, AFTER I had told him that I could pay now using a credit card. He then further insinuated that I was dishonest and hung up on me... Terrible customer service, I own a business and I would never speak to a prospective customer in such a manner.
