FedEx handled my package, an important item coming from CA to PA. The tracking information told me that the package arrived at Linwood Monday morning and would be delivered to Media by end of day Tuesday. I called Linwood to ask if they could hold the package so I could pick it up. They said they would hold the package and that it was available for pickup. I drove there and was told the opposite--that nothing was held and that since it hadnt been sorted that it was impossible for me to get the item. It was also made clear that while the employee could have gotten the item that she would not, as it was someone elses job to sort. This was a complete waste of my time. FedEx has terrible internal communication and zero customer service.

Fedex is the biggest waste of time. Not only was my package two days late it was delivered to the wrong address or has mysterious gone missing from the truck. This has happened three times in ONE WEEK. I received a notification that my package had been delivered, when i didnt see or hear the package being delivered, i called. The package was still on the truck and in route to me. Never came. Now its the day before Christmas and i have nothing under the tree. Thank you #fedex for you great customer service, i look forward to never using you again.

March 29th 2017, I got a sofa delivered the driver literally threw my package off his truck not caring that I was watching him. I said to him , you should have another helper to help you move it" He responded " Thats not my problem Im just a driver" My box is damaged in areas I am truly hoping my sofa isnt, Im renovating my home so cant check yet but will in a few days, if damaged they better pay me for my sofa etc.. I never have this problem with UPs , not happy with this driver and my call.

Fedex has the worst possible service ever! I paid extra to have the package delivered on Christmas Eve by 8. There was a delay with no communication and needless to say that they ruined my holiday because my boyfriend has the pleasure of opening up his gift AFTER Christmas I would give them zero stars if I could

THIS IS NOT A SHIP CENTER. no place to drop boxes unless it fits in one of those white FedEx mail boxes. no place to talk to anyone who works for fedex unless you run into them in the parking lot. have to drive to PHL airport or office in West Chester to finder actual ship center
