Priority Express is on my top 2 list of the worst courier companies to partner with! They dont respect or appreciate the independent contractors that they partner with. I was contracted to do a UPS mail route....( which included 2hrs to sort mail sacks & load my van, + the 10 hrs it took to complete the route). In addition to my route I was constantly asked to do other deliveries for other accounts with little compensation. If u make any grievance about the money your making, Prioritys go to method is void your contract. Dont get me started on the CEO Mike Owens....honestly, one of the most unprofessional & ignorant person I ever had the displeasure of meeting! If u like long days and being underpaid for those long days.....then Priority is for you.

I must say...Ive worked with a number of Courier Services and by far you guys have been the most reliable, most professional, and most understanding of the sensitive information and materials we have travel with you on a daily basis. Jon Rydel is truly the man, the myth, the legend. If there is ever a hiccup in transit, due to traffic, mechanical issues or otherwise, Jon always comes up with a game plan to quickly resolve the situation. The service that Priority Express Courier provides can really be summed up in a few words, "Faster than a cheetah and nicer than my grandma."
