I AM SO TIRED of this post office. Our regular mailman is great, but on his day off or a vacation, its like no other mailman is trained properly. They have left my mail on a chair (despite an empty mailbox right next to the door), left my mail in the spokes underneath my mailbox. The rates keep going up, but the employees arent being trained. When I call, there is ONE nice lady that works there, the others act like their job is such a hard task and they have a bothered tone in their voice. I stopped actually going in person because the other lady with the short reddish hair is aggravated all the time and snippy. (I have a friend who has the same experiences with this same worker) Its a shame. Any job I had that made me miserable, guess what? I quit and moved on with life. I didnt take it out on people PROVIDING YOUR PAYCHECKS.

I have NEVER in all my experiences been treated so poorly as I have on numerous stops to this office. Today was the last time as I was insulted in the presence of my 6 year old son! Treated like an idiot and talked down to seems to be the creedo....My son thought HE did something wrong when we walked out...he was upset!!! Options include UPS or Fed Ex.....DONE with this location....Customer Service F-. I am filing a complaint with Post Master....Too many bas experience I didnt deserve...especially since I spend well over $500 in shipping w/USPS...UPSET!

This is the worst place of business on this planet dont get mail until 530pm god forbid your getting a package and you go there and ask that short haired woman to do something she rolls her eyes and makes up some bullshit excuse why she cant go and get you your package what does she even work there for its not to work I can tell you that and dont ask her to work either shes the laziest woman Ive ever seen in my life its pretty bad when one short haired woman can ruin a whole business they must have her there to keep the rats away cause its not to work

They hardly take my outgoing mail. I moved the mailbox from the top of our steps to the bottom and now they leave packages out in the rain. Ive already had them go into into my house (!!!!!!) without authorization and leave a package there. Our mail carrier is normally on her phone when she delivers mail, so maybe she needs to pay more attention.

I have lived in Northampton for more than thirty years; and have NEVER had a negative experience at the Post Office. On the contrary; there have been occasions when the employees have gone "above and beyond" for me. Maybe the negative reviews are written by people from Northampton Massachusetts - not Northampton Pennsylvania.

I cant even begin to describe how bad this office is, they are lazy and rude...on numerous occasions they only deliver half my mail and then make me go there to pick up what they were to lazy to put in my mailbox.

The women who work there are not helpful ...they are flat out rude. I live in northampton and I go to other post offices! Avoid it!
