This store seems so be under new ownership. Regardless, heads up about a $3.00 "convenience" fee I was charged for EMAILING a 6 page document over for printing. How "incovenient" is it to click on the email and print it. Seems like an ape could handle that with the click of a button. When I asked about it, I was told theres also a "fee" for coming into the store and requesting prints. Cant win. Obviously, business owners like these are doing everything in their power to go out of business. Theyve lost my business for sure. And since it was so inconvenient to print my document, I decided to go out and buy a $30 ink jet printer and print it myself. Problem solved. Thanks for nothing.

I use this location for printing a couple times a year. The staff is always helpful, the jobs are done accurately, and I think the prices are very reasonable. The $3 email fee is new, but when I can send multiple attachments, printed different ways and quantities, and can still pay for it with a ten dollar bill, I really cant complain. For as seldom as I print, its still more economical than buying a printer for home. I do wish they opened earlier for those last minute "oh crap, I forgot to print __ before work" situations, but it is what it is, and it doesnt come up often.

Worst experience ever. I dropped off my package on Saturday, December 17th and was told my package would be delivered by Tuesday. I was excited and said "great as long as it gets there before Christmas I am good." This was incorrect information. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, December 27th. I have spoken with the store and the manager and the only thing they say they can do is apologize for the error in communication. They claim they are not able to intercept the package and it will not get there until after Christmas.

Save money - do not go to UPS Stores - have them come to you! UPS On-line Quote: $22. UPS Store ACTUAL charge: $38. Why? "Were a franchise." What is that, a 73% hike? DO NOT GO TO A UPS STORE. Theyre actually Mailbox USA stores. Instead, it is CHEAPER to have UPS come to you, or go to the US Post Office.

Very nice people. Easy to set up a long term mailbox. Other reviewer talking about cheaper, etc. has most likely never stepped foot in this store. Im always greeted with a smile. My mail or packages are handled securely for me.
