So far with my large and quick turn around online orders this store has been wonderful. I placed a few large online orders (with tabs) that needed to be shipped out to me the next day. They arrived early by a wonderful Fed ex driver who was very friendly and kind both times, and my documents looked great. (Plymouth Meeting Office) I have had issues with other Fed Ex offices in the past who never checked they had completed the work correctly or if they had even completed it! I received half my order and doubles of the same documents instead of the other half of what I needed. They corrected the mistake but I was late on delivery to my client because of the mistakes. This store (Collegeville) sent a list with everything completed along with the persons name on each line who had completed it and they signed off it was completed correctly. The attention to detail is very refreshing from this employee (Marvin L) I will continue to use this store and if in the area suggest that you do too.

This is the closest FedEx to my house. Everytime me or my wife go in there we receive an attitude from the Mgr(Dupree). He is nasty with the customers and very rude!! Also, when you have a prepaid FedEx label and you go in to drop it off for pickup....Dupree will give you a hassel that your box isnt properly packed and you need this or that.....btw theres a charge for that! He has done it to me and my wife everytime!! Total BS! I dont care if I have to drive 50 miles to the nearest FedEx.......I will so I can avoid having to deal with this jerk Dupree! BTW, Ive been in the store when he has hasseled other customers for various BS stuff as well. Stay away until Dupree gets fired!

The employee, Duprex or Dupree, was extremely unprofessional, rude, and irritated I was asking questions. He gave me the impression my business was "too much trouble". I honestly got the feeling he was going to jump over the counter and scold me for some unbeknownst reason. Oh and I asked for a quote and he actually quoted me in cents! 800 cents to ship to Philly he said! I told him Id take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same!

Employees are always friendly. All online orders are ready on time or before the time given. I walk in for copies when in a rush, and they are always helpful and quick. Occassional line with shipping, but they know me by name. If there are 2 employees working, one always help the copy orders while the other does shipping.

I have a FedEx account. Went there to ship out an item and was told we have to put you box on another box, fill out this form. I have used fedex in exton many times and was at the store for less thank five minutes. The customer service at this store is horrible!
