Very very friendly and accommodating...I had a package that required a signature and was not going to be home and so I went there hoping to pick it up, it was the same day that they attempted to deliver it so I was not sure they would be able to get it to me. Not only did they quickly track down the driver and truck but gave me the time he would be back at the terminal and to the second the driver brought my package in.. He even apologized for not being able to leave it at the house, but stated that a physical signature was needed. There was no apology needed. I believe his name was Jordan.

A little more than the post office but there are usually no lines and will tape your stuff for free. The post office will point you into the direction of their tape for sale. I knocked off a star for UPSs access point system. Miss a delivery? Your package is dropped off at a local business and ups never touches it again. My local access point closes before the UPS center you used to be able to retrieve packages at...how convenient.

I dropped off a package here. They shipped it. Nothing to write home about, small office no public bathroom.
