I spent three days looking for the place where I was supposed to pick up a package that was pretty important to me. It wasnt, it turns out, at 2 W Commons Blvd--when I showed the guy my ticket, he handed me a copy of directions to the other Fed Ex place, at 6 Dock View Drive. They keep these directions on hand! Why not make it clearer where a girl ought to go in the first place? Anyway, if youre in Del. and have to get to 6 Dock View, get on 95 North, then 295 North. Get off at the exit for Route 9 North. When youre off the exit, youll be in New Castle, pass the Bowlerama, etc. Take a right on Lambson. THEN--this is the somewhat confusing part--do not pull into the parking lot with all the FedEx trucks. Instead, take a left into Delaware River Industrial park and drive all the way to the back. Ill give FedEx three stars for the printout with the directions, but Im subtracting two for their less-than-prominent signage, the fact that the location I had to visit didnt come up when I searched for locations on their website, and the fact that they wouldnt deliver my package even though I kept leaving the signed notice on the door.

Every time a text message comes to my phone with a Fedex package alert, I want to throw my phone across the room. This place is the epitome of everything I hate. Stupid people, terrible customer service, and just down right rude. Over the past two years, I have called once every few months to complain about undelivered packages, packages left on the front step of my apartment waiting to be stolen, and packages thrown down to the ground. Every time they assure me of how sorry they are, that the driver will be spoken with, and that it will never happen again. Still, 2 years later, the same driver is still on this route, he still refuses to go to the leasing office to get a key to the buildings, and he still leaves packages out in the open, or doesnt drive by at all and claims it was undeliverable. I hate this company with a passion. If I could rate them with negative stars, I would. They dont even deserve the one. My next task after this review is to report them to the BBB. Someone has to be able to manage this sham of a company.

inept and illiterate. There is a sign posted on the front door of my house instructing deliveries to be made in the rear of the house. Apparently the driver could not read. They claimed to have tried to deliver it but did not follow the instructions. I stayed home waiting for the package on a Saturday. The woman on the phone told me: "you should have called us earlier," - I would not have to if it were delivered correctly "we did not know the door bell did not work," - sign posted on the door is a clear indication to not deliver to front "do you want me to request a delivery?" - Excuse me? are you for real? "You need to contact the shipper," - Am I not on the phone with the shipper? "you can pick it up from the warehouse" - We paid extra for a Saturday delivery. If I pick it up, then it was not delivered

Absolutely the worst service. They made no attempt to deliver, but put a sticker on my door. I saw the Fedex truck driving away. I called and spoke with Jeff from the New Castle Delaware complex. He stated he will have the driver deliver it the next day between 10 am and 12 pm. I also left the signature slip taped to my door. No one showed. I called and the customer service said that I called in requesting a hold on the package and the driver attempted to deliver it at 1130. They flat out lied and someone actually took the time to call in saying it was me to cancel the delivery. How pathetic FEDEX. I will make it my point to tell everyone this story and poor service that I received. I will never use FEDEX again

Was outside working on my house all day, and keeping an eye on the driveway (which is a few feet from where i was working) for the fed ex driver to pull up with my package that was supposed to be delivered today. No driver showed up, and when i checked the tracking information around 4 30 it said that it had been attempted to be delivered but no one was home. I was home all day! Right by the driveway. When I called the shipping center they were no help, and just said "im sorry about this. Thats all i can do is say sorry. And the driver will try again on monday." Their customer service is terrible here. They need to stop lying about delivering packages just becausee theyre too lazy to do their job.

Whenever I find out that a package is being delivered to me via FedEx I groan inside. Yet another prime example for me as to why this place sucks. I ordered materials for a project that has a due date of this Friday. It was destroyed in shipping by fedex and returned to sender before it even got to me. so package #2 has been rescheduled for shipment 3 freaking times now. And they assure me for the 3rd time now that itll be to me tomorrow. well see. Literally any other method of shipping is preferable. UPS, USPS, DHL are all reliable, and professional. Id rather pay more money to have my items shipped through any other carrier besides fedex if its an option.

Terrible. They delivered $30,000 worth of car dealer title documents to the power company next door simply because no one was at the dealership at the time. We had no idea who the person was that signed for the package and frantically went to every business around us hoping someone had our package. Thank God the power company had it. Weve never met the power company people till the other day when we were out searching. We originally went to FedEx after it said someone signed for it. They basically said sorry about your luck, well open up a meaningless case and we wont send the driver back out to get the $30,000 worth of documents......

You dont even deserve stars but Ill give you one because otherwise it wont register. where to start well the delivery driver ( which they contract out ) decided to skip my house and say I wasnt there. Then I sat on the phone all day ! only to find out my only option is to drive to them ( found this out at 5pm and they close at pm ). I dont believe that as a customer I am entitled to special treatment but when an employee flat out doesnt do their job I expect to at least have it delivered, but no. The driver didnt read the note they sent, if they even sent it., and just went home. This has been absolutely unacceptable.

EVERY FedEx package Ive had delivered to my new home has had some kind of problem, either with this ship center or FedExs poor package handling. One got lost, then found, and when it arrived it looked like it had been run over by a truck, the next the driver didnt even bother to knock, just left a delivery attempt note (I was sitting by the front door all day working), now another shipment is delayed due to an "unreadable label" and their website wont allow me to verify my address because it thinks somebody else lives here; on top of that, FedExs tech support is too incompetent to help.
