After my other fancy expensive printer person screwed me over, I was desperate to find a place I could get elaborate invitations for my sons rapidly approaching bar mitzvah done in lightning speed and with high-quality. I figured why not try my local UPS. From the moment I came in the door Chris was on it. He pulled up templates, was really patient with me in picking a design and making custom adjustments, and promised he could have the invitations, color matched envelopes with addresses preprinted in calligraphy, with postage within 24 hours. I was skeptical since Id just been burned, but he really came thru. By the next morning the invitations and envelopes were done and done perfectly as promised. I couldnt believe it! And the price was a fraction of what "fancier" printer services charge for the same quality. The invites got sent out that day on schedule!! It is truly rare in this day and age to find people who really care about their customers and will put in the extra effort to do a great job for them. These guys did. I cant recommend this UPS store enough!

Ive been this store approximately 3 times. I think the female store associate is very helpful. However, one of the male associates, Joe, is very rude, ignores customers, and appears racist in the way he treats non-white customers. Additionally, Joe seems inconvenienced when asked simple questions about machinery and printing. He is always in a bad mood and blatantly ignores me when I ask for help. Dont waste your time here, VERY unprofessional. Due to terrible customer service, I was charged $15 for printing 6 pages. Joe, you obviously seem unhappy with your job and should find something that doesnt make you so miserable. Please stop trying to spend your miserable state with the rest of us.

The woman Les that works here is VERY disrespectful. I went here for a fingerprint, wanted to call and comment on the service I received and the lady told me "I dont have a name bye bye" horrible experience. I will be taking my business to a different UPS next time.

I would give 0 stars, if I can. They want to charge me for re taping a package. The Store agent told me to "take the package home, put the tape and bring back, if you want". Never going to use UPS again for any parcel service.
