NEXT DAY DELIVERY NOT GUARANTEED!!! I had to mail a very important document for travel to California. I choose the UPS NEXT DAY AIR EARLY AM they have offer which guarantee delivery by 0800 monday. They definitely failed. I called UPS customer service and they have no information regarding my package. I called the store and they said they needed to speak to the sender (which is my friend). My friend went to the store and they have no idea what happened to the document. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVER! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! They charged $101.31 for the guaranteed service and they somehow dont know what happened to my package. The store clerks also gave us different information from what UPS customer service was telling us. So I dont know who to believe. I STILL DONT HAVE MY PACKAGE!!!! #REALLYPISSEDOFFCUSTOMER!!!

I had to mail some items home and this place took complete advantage of me. They packaged up my items with out first discussing with me the cost of the box, which was $25, and then wanted another $66 to ship the item. When I told them no, they made me pay for the box anyway, because they had already cut it. I did not ship it with them, I went to the post office and sent it for $30. I actually cried when they made me pay for the box, and told them I was shipping the item home because I was in town for a funeral, it was a keepsake of the relative that I just lost.. they didnt care and took advantage of me big time.

They will tell you when youre better off going to the post office (Like for international packages) and theyre extremely knowledgeable and helpful for all my shipping needs. Theyre also a drop off location for usps and ups packages, which is helpful for amazon returns. Thanks to them I can avoid the post office lines most of the time.

Staff is friendly. They made it easy to sign up for a mailbox. It is easy to pick up my packages here. I have been doing business with this location for almost a year, and I plan to renew my mailbox rental.
