At around 5:00 pm February 7 , 2017 I was at your FedEx location at 1000 Sather Drive Pittston , Pa 18640 to drop off 2 shipments 6 packages altogether. One shipment of 2 packages and another shipment of 4 packages to UK. I ship out weekly to UK and Australia and have had trouble in past with one FedEx employee (Anthony) that has trouble receiving my packages by scanning into computer and printing out recipt. The other FedEx employees never have a problem. Normally after 10 minutes of trying to receive another FedEx employee is around and steps into show him and is able to receive and print out recipt and I am able to leave. Today however Anthony your FedEx employee was alone and no one could help him. I kept telling him take your time no rush. After 10 minutes I asked Anthony your FedEx employee if he could get someone to help. He started to get upset with me explaining to me that sku on packages would not scan. I knew that there was bigger problem because Anthony always in the past had trouble scanning in and giving me recipt. One reason why I pay for pick up because of past experience with this one employee receiving my packages. I said please can you get some help and again got mad with me and just started to write tracking info on paper and give to me. I explained that they cost a lot to ship and would want scanned and tracking printed out. He started to argue with me and tell me he was trying to scan and couldnt. I had to ask 3 or 4 times please get me your manager. He continued to be upset with me and went to get someone. After what I believe was the manager that came out I had to explain to him the problem. When I told him that he was having trouble Anthony started arguing with me again and also came out from behind the counter to intemedate me. At this point I had seen enough and told the manager or other FedEx employee that I do lots of business with FedEx and will not continue any longer. I will not have Anthony your FedEx employee try to intimidate me because he cant receive my packages and make it out like Im giving him a hard time. I have done a lot of business with your company and never had an issue except for Anthony. I am done doing business with your company as can no longer continue to drop packages off and refuse to pay fee to have packages picked up , because I feel intimidated to drop off. Please review that tape or recording as I saw a camera in your shipping center. After Anthony left room another lady helped me and scanned packages and was able to print recipt out so I could leave. I am no longer shipping with FedEx untill I know this problem has been resolved. I spend about $25000 a year shipping FedEx. I have not even received a sorry from no one. I will be spreading my bad experience to who ever will lesson. Steven Williams

wow very poor operation a ring was ordered and payed for one day ship to arrive next day Saturday and never made it here that day. The ring is needed for my wedding on Monday. So I called them and 1st guy said there was nothing they could do so I asked to talk to his higher up and this guy from TX seemed to want to help and got in touch with the head guy from the FedEx location who I spoke to. I told him it was imparitive that I have the ring due to our wedding, he said he would see what he could do and then lets me know that the reason why I didnt recieve my package was because some one filled in for the areas rout who didnt know the area. Ok so because an employee didnt know an area well why send him? So they screwed up and I was told monday thru friday I would have recieved my ring but because it was a saturday and I have what he calls a screwey address no such luck. The only option I had was to drive to the office well over an hour away in the morning call off work and effect others that rely on me to open a building to pick up from them. Not able to do that they are a to ship things and not to have me pick up. It was made clear that it was there fault when the driver got back with a one day package I wasnt called Amazon wasnt notified and it was placed on a shelf to sit the weekend dispite the one day shipping paid for. Now monday wedding day will either not happen and loose a large deposit or because of them I will have to buy another ring and be out money either way. FEDEX THANK YOU FOR NOTHING thanx for being a shipping facility refusing to ship dispite knowing if it was the normal driver I would have gotten my ring but you sent an uniformed untrained person out THANK YOU cancle wedding BAM out money buy another ring for monday BAM OUT MONEY because of your awsome drivers on saturday it is costing me alot of money either way. I have delt in customer service most of my life and cant believe the way company allows small operations to run, and then to be cut short because the maneger wants to spend time with his family well my good sir as well as I would come monday but that is not of your concerne now is it smh O WELL HU TRUST A WELL KOWN FEDEX and it could cost you big bucks if it is to be received saturday because untrained uniformed drivers work others routes on saturday THANX AGAIN FEDEX

I received the wrong package, the delivery person had to notice at one point that he still had my package at the end of the day. Im wondering why didnt he backtrack and pick up the package that he delivered which was the wrong package and give deliver my package. The package had some Christmas gifts for my grandson and now I my not get his gift to him on time for Christmas!!! FedEx is not even allowing me to call the office where my package was being delivered from. Customer service send they arent allowed to give my the phone number to the office that my package was suppose to be coming from.

Less awful than most FedEx locations. Holds are available at 9am provided your package makes it that far. You can drop off until 8pm except if theres a few flakes of snow on the ground, at which point they will invariably panic and close up early and stop accepting your packages at about 4pm and think thats perfectly acceptable. They suck far less than Binghamton, Horseheads and Jamestown thanks to the overwhelmingly dimwitted notion that trucking airfreight from Syracuse is somehow a good idea.

They marked my package delivered "left on porch" when it wasnt. Well after six days of me calling fedex and trying to find or get my money back somehow. I decided to drive from my house on Mary Street in Scranton 18508 to Mary Street in Dickson city 18519 about 3 miles from my house, to find my package 56 pound 24"×19"×12" package actually sitting on someone elses porch still. With my correct address and name all over the box. I will never use fedex or recommend them ever again.
