The store staff during business hours until 6 PM are very knowledgeable and helpful. However the store gets closed atleast 25 mins prior to the published closed date. Today (04/26), the store was already closed when I arrived at 8:35 PM (while the store is supposed to be open until 9:00 PM). This has been a repeating behavior at the store and even when there is someone inside the store they reject outright stating that they are already closed. If you are planning to close early for doing the finishing work for the day, then atleast publish the time of open to be whatever is really open upto. And the multiple such earlier closure has been observed with the same person in the store.

I am really happy with the service I received at this FedEx Location. David has been so helpful and efficient completing last minute printing jobs for me right before closing. He was able to figure out how to print the labels I needed for our Middle School Vex robot, and they came out super awesome. I can always find the answers to my questions quickly there. If one person cant help me they always direct someone who can. It is super quick and reasonably priced shipping for last minute packages. It was quick and easy to use the workstations to print out some online information and forms when my printer at home broke.

Arrived at the store Sunday night at 6 to wait behind one lady with a lot of boxes. Gentleman behind the counter would not even look at me. Waited patiently for 15 minutes. Had to leave since he was so SLOW... Should NOT have to wait 15 minutes for someone to at least reach out and let me know how long my wait would be. What a waste of time!! Lousy customer service.

I had to make a stop to print out full-color poster. The staff was very polite and helpful! I was expecting to have a much more difficult time because the poster wasnt ready enough to be printed so, the staff helped me to correct dimensions. Also, the actual printed quality of the prints I received was excellent and looked very professional.

I am blown away by the incredible customer service I received from Jason W! He went above and beyond normal service and helped me to produce - in just hours - an amazing season-end photo book for my daughters high school soccer team.
