I got a "getting taken advantage of" vibe from the male that helped me. He had broken English (which I do not mind) and it caused confusion while I was asking questions about which method to use to mail my products and pricing. Then, he charged me $9.99 for a USPS flat rate envelope that costs $6.95 to mail at an actual US post office. I was not aware that you could make a profit on USPS items that are provided for free. I am contacting a postal inspector regarding this! Lastly, he used lowercase and capital letters and spaces inappropriately on the mailing label causing the package to be returned to me. I mailed the exact same package FOR THE 2ND TIME at a US post office for $2.87. Be warned!!!!

I took a box there that only had a down jacket in it and wanted to charge me $35 to ship??? After I heard that price took it right over to the post office and it was $12... will not be back ever again.
