This location offers convenient hours but staff is not always helpful. We dropped 3 prepaid packages, staff person helped in taping one of them but that specific one never delivered nor even scanned. Two others packages were delivered but were showing origin "Commons Blvd". We forgot to ask for receipt and here $100 dollar worth of Saw Blade is gone in the black hole. We opened a case with Fedex customer service, lets see what happens. My advice is that always ask for receipt, even if you have to wait. In Newark Post Office 19711 we always drop prepaid package, never a package was lost and it is even cheaper than Fedex. We thought same will happen in Fedex, but We were wrong. I hope that I will not be targeted for "Special Treatment" because I am reviewing them.

Super unhelpful. Needed some stuff printed and the guy said they were using ALL but one of their machines for an order that had to be filled that day. They had one self service machine and the guy basically just told me to figure it out. I didnt work so I just left. If you need ANYTHING printed I suggest Shamrock Printing at the beginning of mainstreet. I usually go there for large quantities, and I should have started there this time, even though I only needed one sheet.

THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO SHIP PACKAGES I tried to ship a small lcd tv today and they refused to do it and told me there was no way it would ship. Dont waste your time here. Its worth driving to another location.

Couldnt open my Open Office document. Went to a friends that had up to date office and it opened right up. They still had XP machines, dunno what software they were using. Stupid.

I personally prefer the FedEx World Service Center on Commons Boulevard, but this locations is okay for shipping packages. Ive never had any problems with them in that regard.

Erics the best there IMO. Great knowledge and work. Everyone else I cant speak for but its hard to find good people who can help you beyond basic skills in print centers.
