I had a horrible experience with this store as well as this company. Let me explain. I shipped a suitcase full of cloths from this store with insurance assuming if my suitcase damages, I will get the insured amount back. And guess what, my suitcase did break in shipping because these people chose to drag it rather than lift it to move. So I claimed for insurance. On my complaint, first the store refused to care saying they do not insure the suitcase. Only items inside the suitcase are covered. But these smart people did not tell this while we went to ship the item. Later they took my suitcase away for damage inspection. Then came the best part. The store says that they are not responsible because the shipper is the main UPS company. The store is just the franchise. On the other, the UPS company refused to care saying they did not take my order so company is not responsible. WOW...I was just shocked. In between this blame game, I got screwed. After repeated long distance calling, the store guy agreed to refund the shipping cost that was not even half of the cost of my suitcase. I just surrendered and agreed. But wait...they still had my suitcase. So I said that send my suitcase back as agreed before. They again refused saying they cannot pay for shipping. So I bargained to share the half of the amount for getting my damaged suitcase back. Moral of the story, I WOULD NEVER SHIP WITH THIS COMPANY again. USPS is far cheaper and I found out that they do not even ask you how and why while refunding for the insured shipped item that gets damaged during shipping.

Ive been a customer here for a while, both for personal and corporate matters. The staff is friendly and competent. The store and equipment are kept in good condition. The only issue I have is with parking. Usually there are open spots a block away or so, but the spots outside are often taken which makes it difficult to just pop in. The staff are pretty good about this and will help you getting to and from your car if necessary. Overall, much happier with this store than with other locations of UPS/FedEx/USPS.

The management here was extremely helpful and friendly, they saved me a lot of money and time by volunteering information on packing materiel, and even helped me bring the pile of stuff out to my car. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know in the area.
