Working here was only tolerable because I had friends. Otherwise, the management constantly looks the other way if theres any problem at all, for two years. This lead to a person harassing me to the point that he came to my house and keyed my car in the middle of the night, in which the management STILL refused to handle it and at least MOVE the guy away from my work area. The kid even sucked at his job, but the management was too scared to grow a pair and fix the efficiency of the building. But yes, I even called HR and met with them and all they did was make matters worse with no intent to fix the problem. Morons. As for hiring, they dont care, they get around to it if they feel like it. I had a few friends that applied and for weeks, I had to, on a daily basis, remind the management to hire them - even though the building needed more workers.

They dont even deserve a star. Making delivery exceptions from office. They dont even attempt deliveries. Had to go pick up my package it was just sitting there. Now another one, exception on the package one minute, delivery made the same minute, standing at my window but dont see a truck. Fedex home delivery Bethlehem PA sucks. Try at least to earn your pay checks. I live about 3 miles from warehouse not in a war zone. Only have problems with fedex no other delivery companies . They dont even follow up with their customers. Who manages this facility?

If I could give 0 stars I would.......paid for 2 day delivery, Im now on day 4 with no package. States it will be delivered on day 5, all because of an "incorrect address"......the address is correct!! They wont even let me come to the Bethlehem station to pick it up.....these people are lazy morons.

Not once, not once, in dozens of times has FedEX Home delivered a packageg to the correct address -- even though I have repeatedly change the address to reflect the proper location. There should be work for such delivery persons, such as assembling snaps.
