Unfortunately I have the same negative experience. And the supervisor is just the worst. You cant expect good customer service from workers when their superior is just as bad. Simply ridiculous the way they speak to people. I do customer service for a living and I would never speak to any of my passengers the way these people address others. Its very simple, if you dont like what youre doing move on....Or go in the back and sort the mails so the people with great personalities and good customer service can be exposed.

Bad customer service at the front desk older lady is very ruled to customers I was there and she was very bad to three person , this is very bad ,she need to not be at the front desk as customers service ,I dont know how she got that job , she need to be in the mail room,she have bad attitude to people,
