I was there shipping some important documents for my divorce and the manager was being pretty harsh to the employee on register. I loved the associate, but I was very unhappy with the managers attitude toward the her as well as the managers bad manners in front of customers. The poor employee helping me was so stressed out by her boss that a mistake was made while transferring the info from my sheet to the computer, even though she verbally confirmed everything I had written before I paid and left. I, personally, dont blame her and it was resolved after the package ended up at the wrong address, but no one should be treated like she was. Id like to add that the associate helping me was doing her very best to help get 3 different customers taken care of in a timely manner, while the boss worked on one customer. I really wish I could remember their names. I will update my review the next time I ship something from this location, if I see either of them again.

Staff was very unpleasant. I went to this location once at 7:48 pm, upon walking in the store I asked an older man with white hair, how to print from the location. He said "nah nah, we closed" I looked at the time but said thank you. Following the next day, I returned to the ups store being that the iteam I needed printed was important. The moment the same man laid eyes on me, I could sense negative energy. I ignored it, n asked how to print once again. He chose not to have a response n just pointed at the computer. Yet, i repeated the question cause I wasnt sure if there would be a log in or if I would be able print from a cell phone. This time the older man grunted maybe said one word that wasnt clear enough to understand. At this point I just wanted to get the One paper I need printed. When the man rung me up the total was $3.67 give or take Pennys. That was for less then two mins n one sheet printed.

The Customer Service had a Negative Vibe to them and seemed like they didnt want to be bothered i needed Paper work filled out But the paperwork was filled out wrong than when i went back to get it corrected they still charged me for there mistake and that was something he seemed excited to do. Did not even say sorry for the mistake. Didnt want to listen to a word I had to say either. Next time Pls dont charge for your mistakes and Pls Act like you care about ur job and Listen to the customers and not charge them for mistakes not made by them.

I went there Monday Dec 10th ..Tmobile sent me a shipping label in my email & told me to go there & they will print it out & ship a phone back to them. (My printer is down) This bitter man refused. Said theres no one there to print it! I asked you he couldnt? He just ignored me! Before I walked out I told him he was the rudest person Ive come across and needs to be kind. I held back from flipping out on him! I found another store n had no problem! He shouldnt be working customer service! There r plenty of pep that needs a job!

Stay away from the sicklerville store!!!Ups broke an antique item I shipped, everyone in the store is clueless and hopes you go away and forget about it. They avoid you in every possible way.Still waiting for insurance refund over a month later. There is only one helpful girl working there who actually cares and wants to make it right

I tried to return a feather top blanket they said this light blanket was twenty something pounds Andy charged fifty four dollars and another thirty five for packaging and the lady was very nasty loads of attitude. Horrible there is usually a nice man that works there I got her horrible customer service

this location is open. i was skeptical in going there after seeing some of the previous reviews, but I had a very good experience quick friendly service got the job done I would recommend to others to take a visit if they have shipping needs
