Checked in a package that was supposed to be delivered by the 23rd, checked on it said reschedule for 25th. Didnt come. Checked in it again, said reschedule for the 26th. Finally arrived at 5:10 with a squished box.guy rang the door bell and ran to the truck. Yep, Im assuming before I stopped him for my squished box. These were scentsy wax melts and they were packed properly, In reflective bubble wrap bag with gel refrigerant in a zipper punch. thank God scentsy packed it correctly or it would have crushed my product.

$7 for a small box? Really... Costs significantly more to purchase shipping from the store than to purchase postage directly from UPS online. Why do these stores even exist? Go to staples across the street or office max behind the building! They use the same rates as UPS online and charge reasonable prices for shipping boxes. They dont charge you for a roll of tape to seal your box!

It is usually safer, cheaper, and faster to use USPS. The Bustleton PO even has a self-serve kiosk where you can send most packages 24/7. And pay by credit card!

Their notary is NOT there all the time so you really need to call first if that is what you need!

They dont have coffee and dont do oil changes. DD and Midas do both respectively.
