I have a small business and have been using FedEx Freight for over 2.5 years now and paying with a credit card after calling and getting quotes on each individual shipment. Recently they send me a statement saying I have unpaid bills and owe them about $5,000 for unpaid freight charges!! After telling them I pay with a credit card and showing them proof of payment they left me alone for 8 months. Then I get a statement for about $10,000 for unpaid shipments. How could I possibly owe them money If I pay with a CC each time I ship? The money comes out of my account on each payment so how do I even owe 1 penny? After they research they say it is not for unpaid charges, but I have been using the wrong Class. Make up your mind is it that I didnt pay or im using the wrong class? Funny because they told me what class to use! I asked, "if Im using the wrong Freight Class why wasnt I told 2.5 years ago and why did you continue taking my Freight"? I guess they wanted to wait until my so called amount owed got really high. They have now stopped me from shipping. This is extortion at its finest. Beware!!!

HORRIBLE!! FedEx Freight loses out pallet EVERY week... We use FedEx every day for shipments and have had so many problems on a regular basis. The online tracking is always unreliable and when we call customer service they are no help. There is no reason FedEx is losing our pallets on a weekly basis. We have been loyal customers for years and we will have to re-evaluate which shipping company we use in the future if something is not done to fix the constant mistakes.

Despite tracking saying the freight is delivered today and I stay home for a shipment, they call that day and ask if it is residential. The tracking even shows it is, so they schedule for the next day! How is FedEx tracking wrong?!?! MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT and causes me to lose money from work because their tracking shows delivery today and no delivery. Previous delivery was LATE! NO FLIPPING WAY WOULD I USE THIS CRAPPY SERVICE!

DO NOT USE FEDEX FREIGHT Tracking USELESS they just deliver when they want and expect you to be available. IF you are on different JOB sites Daily this is impossible. I have lost money every time we receive a delivery from them. Always have to rent equipment for an extra 2-3 days The custom delivery window is an entire day from 9am to 4pm and I have to have guys hanging around all day waiting .

Managers are rasict when we complained about it they swept it under the rug and made examples of us who apposed their antics. If you plan to work here beware of Chris, Jeff, and Dan!
