I ordered a package last week that I never got at my door step or mail box even though it says it was delivered. I call the post office and ask if they could check for the package the other day by searching my address. I say I dont have the tracking number because Im at work and dont have internet access or wifi/data to try and look it up. He tells me that I cant be helped without the tracking number. Today, Im speaking with the same person and today he does search by the address and says the package is not there. Ok, thats fine, can I please double check with the tracking number, today I have it. He will not run the tracking number, after I asked him 3 times. This guy needs to get fired, he is extremely rude and unprofessional and he obviously has no idea how to do his job and he doesnt care about customer satisfaction. If the manager of the post office actually reads this, he is working today, August 15th at 12:45pm.

Lisa is rude, unprofessional, never helpful, and needs an attitude adjustment. She is a "pubic servant," considering the fact that she works for the U.S. government serving the public, yet it appears she hates the general public. Lisa works in "customer service," and considering the fact that she berates customers all the time, speak to them like she is doing them a favor (when in all actuality she is being paid to provide, at least mediocre, customer service), is ALWAYS UNPROFESSIONAL, and extremely rude/impolite, it appears she truly hates customers. Go Figure!

yeah the workers arent the clearest when answering some questions i guess .. but theyve been overall helpful every time ive gone. like today a package that was being sent to me had the an incomplete address and was going to be sent back. so i called explaining what happened and they found my package and even brought it to me. im sure this isnt something a post office would normally do or at least so fast ( the whole issue was sorted out in like 20min). but yeah even aside from my luck they arent too shabby a post office , been going there for years

Glad i am not alone, joining all the 1 star or less folks. I would say one person in particular is the one giving the negative impression to the whole post office. She is the oldest and the snobiest, the one that trashes you and the one that refuses you. She told me to leave, I asked why? She told me: "I am not serving you, just get out". I replied "whenever I come here I feel treated like garbage". Never put foot there again. Probably her co-workers do not have the courage to object against her. She is despicable just because and not for an actual reason.

Mount holly post office is the worst,they should be ashamed by the way the clerks treat customers,i moved to lumberton apartments on july 30,2016,there is an issue with my mailbox,its apparently jammed,i have being at the post office to report this because since i moved i havent being able to get my mail,and they keep saying i have to wait until someone goes and fix it and they will call me back,i have important mail coming in and i cant do anything about it,every time i call the post office they give me an attitude,who should i call about this issue?

Ordered a key for my mailbox 2 weeks ago and every time I call and ask about it they tell me to call back tomorrow. I was told this took 5 days. Because of this, I cannot get my mail. I requested the postmaster, Mohammed on several occasions and they tell me "hes not answering" or "hes not available." Everyone here was rude to me and talked over me when I was asking questions except for Brian. Avoid this post office at all costs if possible. Unfortunately I have no choice. Ill be contacting USPS headquarters soon if I cant get my key soon.

Some people just dont deserve jobs~~The one woman who works there is down right RUDE...Every single time I have been in there she complains about something~~Last time she even refused my pre-paid packages..She stated that one was NOT packaged well "due to too much tape"....I have an ebay business, and ship things USPS daily, believe me, I know how to package...Unfortunately, she has made it so miserable for me, I refuse to go in there anymore...She does not deserve this job, No Eye Contact , No Hello, No smile...She is one sad human being..

Dear Mr. Government, If you do not happen to close this horrible post office, at the very least get rid of the staff and replace them with smart, friendly, knowledgeable humans who respect the paycheck and benefits they get from you. This is the worst post office. Rude, Slow, Not very knowledgeable. I bring the same thing in to mail out every week for about 6 years and they act like its the first time they ever seen anything like it. They get one star because there is no option for none.

They dont even deserve 1 star to be honest, staff has been rude and miserable as long as I can remember, on top of the fact they dont know what they are doing, overcharged me for a long time on packages that I asked to send cheapest way, only found out when I took the same packages to another post office and then showed them receipt and all I got was "well I must have been hitting the wrong button" they also get upset if you bring multiple pacakages what are they there for?

The worst customer service ever! The desk people are rude, obnoxious, ignorant, full of attitude. The manager is not helpful at all, I guess he lets his employees to do whatever they want. If youre that miserable at your job its time to retire or look for something else that doesnt involve customer encounter. I rather to drive further down to Lumberton post office where people are nice and knowledgeable. I wouldnt give them even one star! They all need to be fired!!!

I mail the same non-machinable envelope to Canada weekly. Ive sent it through pemberton, Lumberton, and browns mills. It always costs the same, and it doesnt require customs forms because it ships as a NONMACHINABE ENVELOPE. Obnoxious clerk just tried to triple the shipping rate and nastily demanded a customs form because she deemed it a parcel. Never coming back, and I understand all of the 1-tar reviews for this post office. Dishonest, overcharging, and rude

Post office staff is very helpful. They have always answered all of my questions about shipping and my packages always get out on time. I have been going to them for years now and can honestly say that I enjoy the service I receive at this post office better than any UPS or FedEx. They can improve by asking you what kind of shipping/pricing you want instead of selecting one, but this only happens on occasion/with certain staff. Overall, great experiences here.

The workers are awful, old and give so much attitude. If the guy is there you are lucky (hes the boss and they act nicer when he is around). Ladies are very unhelpful and rude. Forgot to put a box back one time and got yelled at and told to put it back, no please or thank you (yes i apologized), and on another occasion they went ahead and printed a label for postage for a service i didnt want, ended up costing $20 more than it should.
