I took my laptop and desktop for tune up today, and I got my laptop back with added adware and malware. Little did the technician know is that I had my laptop for two yrs (virus free). How I the world Im now getting pop-ups in the middle of my assignments. They do this unpurpose so youll go back to them. Nope! Sorry!!! I was aware of my computer issue (limited connection after I updated to Windows 10). I will be there first customer bright and early tomorrow morning. #thives

I went there to make up copies and fax a couple papers there was a customer in front of me who is extremely irate about the time that he wasted not realizing maybe he should have left a couple minutes early but the representative of OfficeMax was a very calm courteous an extremely polite even though you could tell in his face that the guy was just being an annoying brat all my faxes went through my copies looked great didnt charge me an arm and a leg

Recently bought a desk and hutch for my home office from this office depot. When they delivered it they forgot one of the pieces. Bob the Store Manager was awesome!!!! I was quite impatient when I called and he very calmly addressed all my issues as well gave great customer service and resolved the problem. Thank you Bob!!

I called them before coming and asked if the print sticker letters they said they did, when I came there in person I found out that they do not print in there. It is possible to order it through them or online and get it delivered within a few weeks which was too long.

It seems that this store is just too big for what it sells... while it does have most of what you need, there is so much open space that it feels like they dont have everything in stock. The self-service desk for copies and printing is very helpful.

Lots of stock items and very friendly staff. Price matching available however discounts are not offered on all items. Nonetheless a easy, quick stop to keep your office going.
