It looks like Im reviewer lucky number 10! I rely on Don and his staff at the UPS Store in Chester for my business needs. They are always so helpful and although UPS is a global multi billion dollar business, Don and his team provide a small town feel in their excellent customer service approach. I have been using the UPS Store in Chester for many years and havent ever felt the need to look anywhere else. Theyre the best!

Excellent service, quality prints and very helpful when i send large packages to my children in college.. I have been going to this store for years and it is a great place to do business. I have been using the Chester UPS store for my landscape design printing needs for several years, and have always been happy with the fast service, the quality of the finished product, and the friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend them for all printing, as well as shipping needs.

This location displays poor customer service skills. A business built off making logistics easy / Convenient should not be treating customers poorly. With this being said there are other UPS locations i have found within a less then 5 miles of this location that are much more courteous.

I am embarrassed to say I didnt know that the UPS store in Chester, NJ had a full printing center. I went in to mail a package and now I have been back for business cards and flyers. The service is always great the prices are very fair.
