I have owned my own Solar Panel System since 2009 and had realized earlier this year that my electrical generation was decreasing. I made numerous calls to electricians and Solar companies only to find that most would not work on a privately owned system. Luckily, I came across PV Pros. As soon as I spoke to Chris, I knew that they would be able to figure out the issue. They had a fair price to come check out the system itself with no obligation for them to do the work once they found out the issues. They gave me a detailed report documenting with pictures and descriptions of all that needed to be done. I am happy to say that we are back up and running at 100%! I highly recommend PV Pros. The guys they sent were all super nice and were highly knowledgeable and Erika in the office is aces when it comes to customer service!

PVPros provided us with outstanding service from initial contact through job completion. After I described our problem (inverter not operating...gave error code) to their Service Coordinator Erika Velez, their Director of Field Operations Chris Grablutz explained likely problem was an automatic grounding fault and its probable cause (squirrel chewing the wiring). He confirmed his diagnosis the next day after inspecting the system, then solved the issue with an inverter reset, new wiring and "critter guards" around both arrays. PVPros lives up to its name; they are knowledgeable PV professionals, prompt, polite and thorough. We highly recommend them for PV service.

We were looking for a company to remove obsolete solar panels prior to putting on a new roof. After submitting a request to HomeAdvisor, we got several call backs. Chris, from PVPros, was one of the first and certainly one of the most professional. Unfortunately, they are not able to help us but followed through with names of companies that might. Since then, Chris has followed up again to see if we have found anyone. We have found a roofer that will take of the panels, also through HomeAdvisor. If we were to replace the panels in the future, my first call would be to Chris at PVPros. Thank you!
