Poor organization, lack of attention to childs needs and poor excuses why their needs have not been met. A first impression is a lasting impression. My child had a diaper change at 12:15, when I arrived at 3:40 to pick up my child, I found a diaper that was pasted to my childs rear. As any parent would know, a child has to wear a poop diaper for quite sometime in order for poop to be caked to a childs rear. To go that long of time, especially with a poop diaper, is clearly UNACCEPTABLE. I understand that the children take turns getting their diapers changed, but common sense would when a child has a poop diaper they should be priority. After bringing this to the teachers attention I was told my child was next for a diaper change. Based on my childs age the pediatrician advises 20 ounces of milk per day. Between the time I dropped my child off and picked my child up only had 3 ounces of mild was consumed. Not one Harmony employee acknowledged this concern until I brought it to their attention when collecting her daily belongings. UNACCEPTABLE Daily curriculum was also not adhered to. For example, when I asked the teacher why the children did not have computers on a specific day, I was told they didnt have time. Written guidelines in parents handbook are so called Harmony rules, however, when a childs health is involved, the state advised the guidelines do not apply and all money should be refunded because of the situation. My child attended school for only two days and the school kept four weeks tuition. When I contacted the State I emailed the States response to the director of Harmony, the director replied to my email however, my questioning regarding our deposit and one month prepaid tuition was ignored.

Horrible daycare I believe this is by far the worse daycare in Essex County. The camp facility this summer smelled horrible the daycare sight has bad teachers who do not check on the kids. I removed my child because she always had a diaper rash or she was coming home with pampers too small on. You can hear all the business going on in the daycare because the staff is constantly talking about how they never get paid on time or their checks be wrong. The topper for me removing my child was when I found out they was no longer apart of the Leaguers. I really do believe they are committing fraud and one day they will get what they have coming for them. I advise anybody keep your child away from here or you will regret it same goes for anybody looking to work here it will not be worth the headache. Trust me when I tell you those employees that work there put all of the business out on the table. Your child will be neglected here they already understaffed because everybody quit on them after they kept missing paychecks and they was dropped from the Leaguers. I am going to report this place to the state and pfp because they should not be open let alone collecting government money for the children attending. And Google user you will never get that money back this place is about to get sued for stealing federal money that they employees never received.
