I have been going here for a year, I have had 7 visits and I have seen 2 different stylists, REBECCA and TERRI unfortunately will not be going back. I have never received the same haircut twice, its like they dont get it. No consistancy. One cut was so bad, I had to go back to have it fixed. When I called the owner, CHRISTINE gave me attitude and was rolling her eyes at me when I went back to get it corrected. Even after it was fixed was shorter on one side...I have no idea why but I went back again to Rebecca give it another chance, waited at least 45 minutes and Rebecca was so preoccupied with her friend that she rushed through my cut. This is true, I do not appreciate being called a liar by Christine who was not there and would not know what took place. Rebecca was running so behind due to her friend, that Terri had to do her blowouts. I was also asked by Rebecca, if I wanted to reschedule because she was running so late...I guess I should have. Luckily one of Rebeccas appointments was a no show or it would have been worse. This was the second time something like this happened to me with Rebecca when Christine was not there. I was getting a haircut with Rebecca, her dad walked in and he wanted a haircut and did not have time to wait. My cut was rushed again and I got, "you dont need a blowout" Maybe Christine should be more mindful of what goes on in her shop when she is not there before accusing a client of lying. Just not happy with this place. Sorry, I know it took me long enough, I really wanted to give them a chance, but I will not be returning.

Love Love Love I have been coming here for almost 2 years. I started coming after not getting my color that I wanted at another salon after talking to Rebecca she did the color and cut that suited me I have been coming here every 6 weeks and believe me when I tell you that if it was not a good job I would not have returned. Thank You for making me happy every!!! I feel the need to respond to Zelda also I wonder the same thing as other I went a salon for years and as soon as I had a bad experience I left never went back so you can see why there would be a question as to that!!! Also I have REBECCA doing my hair every six weeks it always comes out the same I wonder what your motive is for hurting this business. If you truly are upset then you would just move on and not repost a negative review time after time. And as you can see I use my real name whether it was a good or bad one no reason to hide here!!!

I have been going to 32 west for quite a while now and every hair cut has been great! Theyve done color and highlights and they have always been fantastic! I never know how to explain what I want but they always seem to read my mind and know exactly what I wanted! I get complimented on my cuts and color from friends and sometimes even strangers!!!! Christine is awesome about giving me tips on how to take care of my hair or what products are right for my difficult to manage, thick, frizzy hair. They are always so sweet and go out of their way to make sure Im happy. Once they did an unscheduled updo since I was going to a wedding and another time gave me a deep conditioning treatment. The price is always cheaper than other fancier places but the results are always better too! I always recommend 32 west to friends and family because they are the best around!

I absolutely love this place. Terri has been cutting my hair for years. She knows what I want, how I want it, and isnt afraid to tell me something isnt going to look right. I know when i step out of the salon, Im not going to look like an idiot. I love crazy bright colors, and Terri always comes up with ideas for something new. Ive watched the other girls in the salon and they do a great job as well. Ive always seen great work from everyone. I definitely recommend this salon to everyone. Dont know where this "Zelda" went, but I dont think it was the same place. Why would you go somewhere for a year, if they dont do your hair right? Again, Ive never had a problem, and will be returning there.

I absolutely loved my experience at this salon, I was walking by and decided to stop in because I was not happy with my current salon, and Im soooo happy I did. The service was impeccable from the start, i was extremely pleased with my cut/color. I was told about this salon previously and now I see why, the service I received will be recommended by myself to everyone I know. I tend to look around at other cuts/ styles and loved all of the styles/cuts/colors that were being done!!! thank you for making my day wonderful, I will be back soon!

I have had my hair cut several times at 32 West and the last time I had some color added to change things up a bit. I saw Rebecca and had a GREAT experience and walked out with a hair cut I was SO HAPPY with!! I was paying way more for my hair cuts in Princeton and once we moved, was nervous to try a new place. Thrilled to have found a stylist that understands my concerns and gives me a great cut at a little more than 1/2 the price I was previously paying. Thank you Rebecca and 32 West Salon!!

I have never gone to a salon that goes above and beyond! I brought my 2yr old son in for a hair cut. He is a screamer! We sat down and Christine made me feel so comfortable! She has cut my sons hair numerous times and it comes out wonderful. He is finally getting used to getting it cut, and hopefully next time, for Christines sake, he wont yell as much. Thank you for making us always feel welcome, and taking such great care of my babies hair! It always cones out perfect!

I called on a whim on a Friday night for a cut and color and was told to come on down. When I got there I was greeted with warmth and smiles. Terri asked me what I wanted and actually listened! I am pretty easy going when it comes to my hair. Terri made it look AMAZING! I was looking for a change but didnt know exactly what I wanted...she found it! I left there looking like a different person and LOVING my new look! Thank you Terri!

Ive been going exclusively to 32 West for the past few years and am very pleased. Teri is excellent; she taught me how to style my hair in a way that no one else could really do before. Last week, Teri gave me the absolute best cut, touch up and highlights and lowlights. I feel like a new person! Im so happy at 32 West. Teri - you were right - my hair really did need 3 inches cut off. Thank you!
