Worst hair dressing ever experienced in my life. Hope your place losses business. My family and friends wont go back. The hair dresser made my special needs child cry and tried to humiliate her in front of the other customers. There used to be an excellent understanding hair dresser years ago, but she left. It is not my daughters fault that she has super thick dry curly hair that gets a few small knots at times. She refused to help the situation. Expected my daughter to take them out it the first stall with a comb without wetting her hair or giving her your special detangling spray. I choose to seat my daughter towards the back. I had no problem for her taking the next customer. But when she did not take any interest in helping or checking on my daughters progress and took another customer. I left and took my daughter to the Hair Cuttery, where the hair dresser took my daughter and in no time took all of them out and taught her a better way to take care of her hair and what products to use to help her hair type. It is up to to choose if their deals for a 20 MINUTE HAIRCUT are really worth it because that is what the hair dresser told us a haircut appointment is alloted and not doing a good quality job.

I have been going to Great Clips for many years. Their staff are all knowledgeable and professional. As a "regular" customer, you begin to "bind" with one or two staff members. My reasons for choosing Samantha at Waretown Great Clips are her warm personality, many stories, seemingly ease of service, young, bubbly attitude, expert styling and doing exactly the cut YOU want. She recommends stock items for the good of your hair and does NOT get pushy about those items. Samantha is delightful and kind. She is very observant of difficulties or problems with hair texture, color, etc. I seemingly have almost as many cowlicks in my "aging" head as I do hair... Samantha understands and handles them with ease. Great Clips & Samantha R O C K !!!

To the Lacey mall Great Clips. The manager/owner gave a great haircut next to me. Although the girl that cut my hair knew what she was doing, but gave me the worst haircut Ive had. She put gel in my hair before she finished the cut, left hair all over my face, and i felt as thoughi had to guide her through the haircut. The back is uneven and Im going to another haircut salon to ha e it fixed and i am pissed.
