Completely dissatisfied. My stylist was more worried about how much money I was going to spend than my needs and wants. Wanted my ombre light caramel and my hair came out orange. She requested a toner which was $20 more. Ridiculous. I then asked to have my hair blow dried since it came with the color, and she passed her fingers through my hair and used the blow dryer to literally DRY MY HAIR. I came out of there looking like a walnut. I must say they give incredible haircuts, and that I am completely satisfied with my haircut. Other than that, you get what you pay for. Never coming here again. Customer service was good though.

They dont have "appointments" per say, they have "call aheads". Always clean with a very friendly staff and great prices!! When it comes to waxing we absolutely love Susan, Amanda and Michele.
