First and foremost this company has had our car for four months! Oh yeah and still has it !!! I really and truly must warn you or anyone that wants to bring your car to a transmission repair professional. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE AT ALL!! THEY ARE CLUELESS OF THE KNOWLEDGE IT TAKES TO DO A TRANSMISSION! As I type right now our vehicle is at the Mercedes Benz dealer at AAMCOs expense because the aamco franchise screwed everything up with our car. Mind you we are talking 2 transmissions they put in and still not right a gear shifter rewiring after they had a fly by night guy rewire the vehicle and burned everything out because he was guessing! Mark the owner is a BS ARTIST its always a song and a dance and never a true answer to the issues at hand . lies upon lies! We have notified corporate about the situations from this company and we are waiting for a response from the Director now. June 14 TH 2017 WE HEAR BACK FROM MARK AND THEY WILL NOT FIX THE DAMAGES THAT THEY CREATED OUR BUMPER IS SMASHED FROM BEING AT THEIR LOCATION FOR 5 MONTHS.. AND THEY WONT FIX IT PERIOD! THE FLY BY NIGHT ELECTRITION REWIRED THE CAR AND BURNED OUT EVERY MODULE IN THE CAR AND AGAIN WO T FIX IT!!! NEVER AGAIN GUYS AND I WOULD HOPE TO GOD YOU DONT TAKE YOUR CAR OR TRUCK TO AAMCO SLUMISSION IN LAWRENCEVILLE NJ !! Again guys take your car or truck some place that knows what the hell they are doing! I hope this helps JP

This facility cheat customers...Mark who works there opened up my car transmission without even test drive as I had auto repair insurance. Problem was still there after repair after they fix the transmission and told me may be some issue. Also, they forgot transfercase oil and transfercase broke on highway while I was with family and rear wheels get jammed. I went for any leak after they repaired transmission as lots of other noise was coming from transfer case but they missed this oil. I had to pay another repair shop 2300 $ for repair. Please...Please.....DO NOT GO TO this shop and the one in Hightstown. Contact me and I will explain this experience 100+ times if I have to but do not go to this repair shop.

DONT GO HERE, they are always changing staff and the new ones are unprofessional and lack proper knowledge.. They do not explain stuff properly. They cheat their customers out of their money by charging ridiculous prices for minor tasks and do not tell their customer the proper fees for the services until it has been completed. Rich was the man but hes not there anymore.. You are better off at a mom and pop shop or another AAMCO location. Make sure you ask a lot of questions before agreeing to having work done and record the conversation if you can because they lie. Speak to someone other than JR when it comes to fees and car services.

you are better off ordering your own parts and going to a trusted mom and pop shop. I was a customer of AAMCO but after being ripped off, i would not recommend their services at least at this location. Their receptionist seems as if he is still in training and does not communicate well. They say one thing but do another and trust me the customer is not always right as they say.

they tried to say my fiances transmission was blown because they told him the computer told them so but they did not pull the transmission pan or check to see if the fluid was dark.then they told him that it was this certain trans when he knows what the transmission is which is a 4r75w.they are idiots and scam artists i do not recommend anyone taking their vehicle there

The technical team is excellent with many years of experience. Rich is the manager of this team and he ensures that he gets back to you with updates and explains what is going on with your car. He is patient and spends the time you need to make sure youre comfortable with the repairs. I highly recommend this AAMCO shop for all your car needs.

Mark, Jason, and The Aamco team were a class act. My transmission unexpectedly died and Mark worked with me and my budget (which I never thought would be possible) to get me back on the road with a working/quality transmission.
