This review is in response to Chaneice Martin-Torres. You called and said your brake pads fell out while you were backing up and that you wanted to bring it in.You also said that they have been making noises for the past month. You dropped it off and was called shortly after and was told you needed calipers from driving with no brake pads and also needed pads and rotors. You later declined work. When you came to pick up your car you were shown that you had no brake pads and the rotor were paper thin. you were told not to drive it because of not having any brakes. You were also asked to have it towed home do to the danger of not having any brakes. Thats when you started screaming and cursing at us. Your husband then decided he was going to call and threaten us on the phone. We had to notify the police. On the 3rd day you and your husband proceeded to stop out front of the shop so you can point out who we are. Our complaint wasnt that you were going to have your car repaired elsewhere it was that you wanted to drive it home 3 towns over with absolutely NO BRAKES! Which fell off while you were driving prior to us looking at it. You were charged $85 plus tax for diagnosing what you needed and the estimate.

On Sunday while traveling to a birthday party, the drive shaft on my 1997 Ford 150, snapped in the middle of a rural intersection, Stokes road in Indian Mills. Limped to to the destination using the front wheel drive. Called Mark to be towed back to the shop and the tow truck driver had the truck loaded and headed to Lumberton in LESS than an hour, on a Sunday afternoon!!! In a word OUTSTANDING!!! Mark and the crew looked for a used drive shaft to save money on the repair bill, and i GREATLY appreciated that. Dont have a money tree in the back yard, so the savings was welcomed very much!!! I have ALWAYS found the crew to be honest, efficient, and very pleasant to work with!!! I have never experienced anything other than a FIVE STAR experience when using their services!!! Keep up the GREAT work guys!!! I would strongly recommend using Mark Allen for all your automotive needs!!!

I am very upset with the service I received in regards to towing. I pay for a reserved parking spot in my community and on two occasions when I called to request a vehicle be removed from my spot the man was very rude and even hung up on me, even though this business name and number is listed on my reserved parking sign. This is the rudest interaction I have ever had with my someone. I dont knuw if its the owner but he needs to lose his license or this person needs some customer service training.

Took my car here to get my back breaks fixed , they took all the breaks off and didnt put them back on. Then charged me $90 just to tell me something I already knew. When I asked to get my keys back the owner got all in my face and called me a f***** idiot and cursed me out as if I was a man. I will never go back to this place. Very unprofessional If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great hometown shop. Very honest and knowledgable. I brought my car in and they told me exactly what was wrong, how much it would be and how long it would take....and they hit the mark on all 3. No up-selling or "finding" other things that were wrong, or replacing parts until they got it right. That was refreshing. A good honest shop, what more can you ask for!

I purchased a used truck and knew something felt a little off. The crew did a full look over and came back with not just what was wrong but what looked great. Work was done super fast and very well. I would highly recommend trying them out. Having a trust worthy shop in our town is awesome. There is no need to go far!

Not coming back here ever again. Did my brakes. Told me vehicle is rdy, took it for drive terrible grinding noise. Told me "ohh brakes are hard to assemble, btw you need new calipers" brought the vehicle back to them. They "fixed" the problem. Week later E-brake doesnt work. And i paid for a full brakes job 2.2k!!!

Left my car there for 2 days. Had to ride my bicycle to work 11 miles away for 2 days. Called at the end of the 2nd day and they still didnt even look at it. Just ended up picking it up and going to Good Year. Horrible service for a little caliper job. Will not be going there again or recommending to anyone.
