UNFRIENDLY MANAGEMENT/STAFF. Ive been to this location twice and in fairness, the classic sandwich is very good - - as it is in all Honeybaked locations. But both times I go in, forget being greeted or smiled at - Im fine without that. But they literally GLARE at me with a mean look - I almost feel like apologizing for walking in. Even when ordering and they made my sandwiches - they just glare at me. HONEYBAKED HAM - I know these are individual franchised restaurants - I get it. But is there nothing you can do about franchisees who are not friendly - - BUT DO THEY HAVE TO BE MEAN? As much as I like the food - I wont go to this Honeybaked anymore. My usual average lunch check is around $12-$14.00 - - but Ill go to another sandwich place because Im tired of mean people at the counter here.

I walked in the store to buy a ham for Christmas dinner. The place looked very nice. Unfortunately as I walked in the door I was greeted with "Great, just my luck." As it turned out, the store was closing in 5 min. Being the only person in the store, I didnt want to keep the employees an later, so I left without a purchase. The next day I called to speak to the manager to make her aware of what happened. I did get a nice apology, followed by a string of excuses for the employees comment. I know it was an innocent remark not intended for me to hear, but there are too many places for me to shop. For this, they lost a customer and I will never know if their products were any good.

Ham: The hams are more expensive than what I find in the grocery store, but they are very good and i get them for special occasions. Lunch: They make very good sandwiches and delicious chocolate chip cookies!

A bit pricey but very good eating. Ordered a big ham for the holidays and enjoyed it immensely. Order early for holidays, they are busy.
