Unfortunately, there is no way to give a ZERO or less. 1 does NOT come close to what I experienced. Nothing requested was done...NOTHING. I asked for a scissor cut and the back layered. Out came the clippers. Chunks of hair was dropping off. Of course, I was turned away from the mirror so I really couldnt see, but I immediately objected. I was told NOT to worry. Then, the sides, which I clearly said just a little off, got attacked with the clippers. CLIPPERS!!! I kept saying scissors. Did he listen...NO. "Dont worry, Ive been doing this for 39 years, I know what Im doing." NO YOU DONT. In a word, DISASTER. Not at all what I clearly asked for. It will take months before my hair approaches the length I wanted. Unless you want a buzz cut, BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. AVOID this place at all costs. STAY AWAY. HOW THERE ARE POSITIVE REVIEWS IS BEYOND ME. HORRIBLE.

Im really not one to post reviews but I have to give credit where its due... Ive been growing my beard out and its been a learning process, Im kind of on the fence with which way to go.. I walked into Infinite cuts, and explain that to him.. he gave me a warm smile and told me hell take care of this.. within the matter of moments he shaped me up with the style that looks best on me,with my jaw line, and head shape... Completely exceeded my expectations.. outstanding job, great customer service along with great suggestions.. thank you and Ill be returning bi-weekly... ;)

Discovered this Master Hair Crafter , like others & myself moved recently to the area. Parked my car in first spot right in front of shopI waited till 1015 for shop to open the owner showed up and told me I had to move my car that that spot was for his barber to park his car right in front of door I guess its OK for him to tie up the first spot all day long I guess its not their policy to put customers first they will never find me there again
