HORRIFIC! Our family member was very ill and we called ahead to let Quinn Hopping know we would need their services. They gave some information we would need when we came in and let us know to call them once we needed them. Unfortunately, our family member passed away hours later. When we called back to have someone meet us at the house to take her to the funeral home, we were told to call another number and the person there would be able to assist us. When we called that number, we were told they would call back in 15 minutes. Hours went by. We called multiple times and never heard back. We sent texts and emails. How could you leave someone who just passed away in a home with all of their family for hours and not have the decency to call back? After 12:00 AM we had to call another funeral home and they were at the house within 45 minutes. It is now the next morning and no one at Quinn Hopping Funeral Home has reached out to us. They have no idea or cares as to whether or not our family member was taken care of. We are horrified. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially those who are just grieving a loss of a loved one.

I lost my baby during delivery and was calling around for information on cremation services. A gentleman named Jonathan answered. I explained my situation and was treated with the utmost respect and sympathy. I asked if I could go right then to do all necessary paperwork. He told me there was a large funeral service going on at the time but was still willing to see me but wanted me to be forewarned. I arrive there and him and his colleague warmly greeted me and assisted me immediately. Afterwards, he even called and updated me on the status of what was going on with the process. They made such a difficult process emotionally go by smoothly and sympathetically. I HIGHLY recommend this place for all your funeral needs and will be recommending these people to anyone I know who needs them.
