This UPS Store packaged up a shipment and it got LOST. They have no idea what happened to my box and they are the ones that packed it, labeled it and shipped it. When I called to inquire, they said they would put in an investigation. When I called again 7 days later, they said they would put in an investigation. I e-mailed the store and received no response. Then, I physically went into the store and they had not receive an update and had no information. Crazy! At that point, I asked for the owners information. I e-mailed the owner of the store who was very responsive and nice. But after 6 weeks, and multiple contacts with the store, there was still NO update. They were never able to locate the box they packaged and shipped out. I am absolutely devastated to lose the items in this shipment. It is really disappointing.

Never have I left a review for anything but I felt compelled to do so after the fantastic service I received today at this UPS store. Couldnt ask for a friendlier, more professional staff than these guys. Ill be using you time and time again!

I have gone to the Ups store numerous times and each time is better then the last. The staff is great. They offer fast and friendly service. This Ups store is extremely efficient!
