Pwera gaba nalang most of the workers. Magtatanong ka lang, tinatarayan kapa.. kung may ibang courier lang talaga na malapit, d ako magsasayang ng panahon dito sa LBC nato!

Worst costumer service. LBC Bloomfield, NJ and Jersey City branches never answered my many calls, which were then diverted to the Help center in the Philippines. I am not doing business with LBC. Worst costumer service ever. Johnny Air Cargo gives way much better service. On my way to JAC now!

Worst customer service. Hanged up the phone instead of holding the line. Went there one time, the geriatric staff working on Sunday (Bloomfield NJ) works so slow. Cant even manage the customers waiting in line.

Ive been calling this number for million times and nobody answer. Are they out of business? If not then they have the poorest customer service. Not sure if they are reliable either.
