The most incompetent shipping company, I dont understand why any seller continues to use fedex. Have had the same experience 4 times so it is not a fluke. They are closed on Mondays so dont deliver then, they are only open bankers hours so you cant pick up packages yourself. The drivers dont leave door slips, nor do they knock or ring the doorbell for delivery attempts requiring a signature - I have had multiple days, multiple packages where I sat by the door all day without the TV or music just in case they knocked very quietly, and theres never been anything, yet the website updates and says delivery was attempted but no one was home. When you call they wont give you a phone number for the local address and they dont treat you like they believe you as a customer. I guess customers are expected to sit outside their houses all day for multiple days waiting for a delivery attempt to occur? Completely incomprehensible how they continue to be in business.

Fed Ex Ground and Home Delivery Services are the worst of any delivery service Ive experienced. The rating system here wouldnt accept the zero star rating appropriate. On at least six occasions, deliveries have been missed by couriers claiming "cant find" when weve been here 18 years and are located 400 feet from the post office. Customer Service is helpless; with "I apologize" the favorite refrain and provides conflicting, made-up information. The dispatch locations in Carteret and Keasby NJ are unable to contact their drivers-"they didnt answer" the usual reply and deliveries have invariably arrived three to four days after the "out for delivery" message in on-line tracking reports. This enterprise is a poster child for corporate ineptitude and should be laughed off the road. A waste of money and a surefire invitation to aggravation.

For someone that has order a lot of items online and have received then on the given day I was expecting much more for Fedex, not only did they not deliver my package on the give day they never tried to deliver it and what makes matters worst is that they didnt even leave any kind of notice say they that I wasnt home so they will try to redeliver again, which would be a false remark because someone was at the house at all times. Fedex you really need to step up how you conduct you business before the people decide to use another form of sending mail/packages.

Currently having the same issue with delivery as previous reviews. Delivery has been attempted twice, they say that no one was home and that a door tag was left but there was someone home each time and there was not a door tag left both times. They are supposed to attempt delivery again today and the driver is supposed to call before delivery. If at all possible, try to ask Fed Ex to send your package to a local Fed Ex location and pick up your package if they select this location for delivery. It will save you the headache.

This is the most worst services in this world. I was staying home for whole day to wait my package and I didnt get it. At end of day, I checked the my order, it showed the customer not available. Also, their customer services are bad, not real try to help the customers. Trying set up the time for delivery from fedex webside and I have to pay extra $5 for it. It is ridiculous. If I can rate O for fedex , I will do that.

I was waiting at home for my package and I didnt receive anything at all I wouldnt have and looked at my time schedule for my package it was 9:30 to 12 I stayed up at home didnt go anywhere the whole day then at 4 p.m. I received an email stating that my package is going to go ahead and arrive the next day terrible service I hate FedEx so much. Why didnt it arrive today. No reason given.

They have good and poor employees. My package has been with them for 2 weeks and I was never notified. They claim for my address to be wrong, they had my correct address a 3 family house, but they claimed it stated 11th floor next to it. Despite me correcting this matter over the phone with them, they have still been unable to deliver my package still.

Irresponsible workers! My package doesnt require signature. I am at home waiting for it to arrive. Instead I get notifications that the consumer is not present. Same thing for 2 days. They dont even try to deliver the package. No door tags, nothing...We will see if they deliver on the 3rd day...

Horrible! Driver never came to the house, yet said he came and that no one was home. He was even seen driving by a side street, but never came down my street. This happened three days in a row.
