The worst taxi company in the recorded history of the world. Cant speak English - I called at 530 pm for a 7pm pick up I was not home needed to get my son to Monroe from Chester - called at 710 - on the way - called 720 some lady said it was not her fault barely spoke English. 730 still no where to be found told them to get lost - never, never , never ever use this company ever. Does not even deserve 1 star but you cant post without selecting at least 1 star

so reliable the drivers are super friendly and always try to accommodate me in anyway they can. My car broke down recently so i always call them for a ride home from work i never wait too long and they always get me home safe

Punctual with pick up and drop off time. I called 10 minutes in advance and the car was already waiting for me at the station. My driver Richard was very nice and excellent driver. Ill be sure to call again when I need a taxi.

Worst car service, I just waited 40 minutes in the cold for them to send me a Taxi to Chester NY. I keep using them simply because theyre local and somewhat cheap. the wait time is always terrible

The dispatch told me 15 minutes. I called him back 40 minutes later because the taxi was nowhere. The car was dirty. The driver was ok
