THIS IS A COMPLIANT AGAINST THE UNION, NJ FEDEX FACILITY. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL ISSUES WITH THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION AND THE MOST RECENT WAS NOT ANY DIFFERENT. I WAS SUPPOSE TO BE RECEIVING A VERY IMPORTANT PACKAGE FROM MY BANK, I WAS NOT AWARE THAT MY BANK WOULD BE SENDING IT VIA FEDEX EXPRESS BUT THEY DID AND IN DOING SO I WAS NOT GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO EITHER BE PRESENT AT MY HOME TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE OR HAVE THE PACKAGE BE HELD AT THE LOCATION FOR PICK UP. BACK IN MAY I HAD THE SAME ISSUE WHERE A FEDEX DRIVER MAYBE THE SAME INDIVIDUAL STATE THAT THEY ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE BUT NO ONE WAS HOME NOR WAS A DOOR TAG LEFT. WHEN THIS HAPPENED IN MAY THERE WERE TWO ATTEMPTS MADE AND THE SECOND ONE WAS WHEN I WAS FINALLY AWARE AND HELD THE PACKAGE, MIND YOU SOMEONE WAS HOME ON BOTH TIMES BUT NO ONE RANG THE DOOR BELL OR KNOCKED ON THE DOOR. THIS TIME I RECEIVED A DOOR TAG YESTERDAY STATING FINAL ATTEMPT AND WHEN I CALLED THE FEDEX 800 NUMBER, I WAS TOLD THAT THE PACKAGE WAS BEING RETURNED TO SENDER BECAUSE NO ONE WAS HOME TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT NO ONE CAME BY MY HOME NOR DID THEY LEAVE A DOOR TAG LETTING ME KNOW THAT AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE, I TRIED TO HAVE THE LOCATION HOLD THE PACKAGE BUT WAS TOLD THAT COULD NOT BE DONE BECAUSE THAT LOCATION WAS CLOSING IN AN HOUR. I WILL ALSO BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLIANT ALONG WITH THIS COMPLIANT AS I AM COMPLETELY UNHAPPY WITH WHAT HAS ACCORD TO ME NOT ONCE BUT ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS. I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WHEN FEDEX BEFORE UNTIL THESE PAST FEW MONTHS. NOW MY PACKAGE IS ALREADY OUT FOR DELIVER BACK TO MY BANK AND I HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN TO HAVE IT RESENT BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIENCE YOUR EMPLOYEES/DRIVERS HAVE BUT ME THROUGH ALONG WITH OTHER CUSTOMER THAT HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS EXACT SAME SITUATION.

I called the day before delivery to place my package on hold for pick up because I would be in and out of my home and there is no safe place to leave it. Was told by Agent #1 that they called the fedex location and placed the hold and I can pick it up the next day. Called back a little later and asked Agent #2 if it was possible to pick it up later that evening or if it would be available first thing in the morning. Agent #2 had no clue what I was talking about as there were no notes in the system and my package had not left the airport as yet. Told me to I can call back later if Id like but before 8 AM when the truck leave out to make deliveries . Called back @ 6 AM day if delivery, and Agent #3 said I cant make any changes on delivery, she cant place on hold. I should call back the 800 number and asked to be transferred to the location when they open @ 9AM to see if they can hold my package. HELLO, wouldnt that be a waste of time since the truck leave out at 8 AM as per Agent #2. THREE different Agents, and THREE different answers and I still dont know if they can hold my package. FedEx charges too much for their agents not to know anything. This is complete BULLS**T.

Ive been dealing with fedex in this location for about a year ❗️ & I must say Ive experienced from certain employees very nasty attitudes. For example today although they was closing in a minute you would figure they wouldnt close the doors directly in your face , please the women there was nasty . Someone called me earlier in the day from the location saying your request for pickup is now available and I appreciated her and telling me the business hours . Now however the package wasnt supposed to be delievered til Monday and it was a delievery exception so with that being said you would think they would handle things better NO . But not only that the manager ( Heavy set big guy ) he came out spoke to me told me were closed but Ill see what the ladies talking about with your package I said ok . Could you believe he had me waiting for about 10-13 minutes straight and he never came back

If I could give -10 I would. I absolutely HATEEEEEEE FEDEX! My parents send items thru them, and pay for speedy delivery. Delivery that never ever happens! I always have to pick it up and its only after they send me mail stating theyve attempted to deliver (which they never do, I mean NEVER) and if so, on those days I stay home and wait. So why dont I get a door tag? Why dont I hear someone ring my doorbell? Why dont they knock on the door? Oh, I know why, b/c you dont DELIVER! EVER! you lie, and you take my parents money by promising that their loved ones items will reach them during a certain time and you in turn hold their items like hostages. I hate you guys, yawl suck, your little computer operated answering service sucks, and when you do get to speak to a human, their attitude sucks as well! Yawl have ZERO empathy or concern for anyone.

I hate fedx omg they never delivered none of my packages bc they lazy I ordered two different packages and paid for 2 day delivery n never got them when I called they kept giving me a couple of different answers as to why I think they illiterate I swear two examples Im going to give first they said my packages didnt have names then they said it was because of my address mind you its the same billing address that I received packages before from fedx they they left me on hold then they hunted up I put a complaint on them yes the one in union in vauxhall rd n all of a sudden they dont find the complaint no where I have everyone I spoke to there name etc especially shipping n packaging department left me on hold n hunged up I give them ZERO stars only way I could write if I give them a star

I HATE FEDEX!!!! Horrible customer service and shipment. I was supposed to get a package today but I wasnt home so I wrote a note on the door to tell the deliver to bring my package to my grandmothers apartment which is directly under mine. She was home all day but she said they never came. They left a door tag on the main front door of my building saying no one was home. But in fact they never came upstairs. My elevator was out of order and they decided to not come upstairs. I called fedex about 4 times and they said the driver will come back. Now its 8:30 I call and they say well the driver is off the clock and they will bring it tomorrow but they do not know when. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I will.

Horrible Service! I called to get my package placed on hold for me to pick at the local FedEx Center in my area. The rep began to argue with me stating that my package was no where near me (even tho I received a text letting me know that my package was already at the FedEx Center near me as of 9:38 AM) We were going back and forth and then she disconnected the phone call! I called back and demanded a supervisor, I was transferred to the Customer Advocacy Team and spoke to Laiken. She was very helpful but I was upset because I had to waste my time dealing with the first ignorant representative that I could hardly understand (broken English) in the first place.
