I have been an ongoing customer at this salon for months, spending nearly $800 for my hair processes. If I had known that Kim M was going to overlap my strands and overtoned them, leading to more cumulative damage, I would NOT have paid for these services. I had to cut inches off my hair because the back of my hair was dry, filled with split ends, and there were many areas of broken strands, making my whole head with uneven short/long lengths. From my last visit, my right side of my hair was broken off, leading to a thinned area and obviously discrepant with the thickness on the left side. Many strands are too light whilst many are golden, brassy, unevenly coloured. Pointing these things out, the issues are not resolved, but rather pay for another service to fix it. I also felt unwelcomed and as if I was a nuisance. For a high end salon, dont you have any pride in your services? If this salon does not value a customers satisfaction or happiness with the end results of their hair, and damaging their hair, then it has lost a customer.

I usually see Nick for my color. I made an appointment after a few years of not going to the salon and wanted a specific red. He referred me to Ashley. It was my first time seeing her. She listened to everything I had to say exactly how I wanted it.. even showed her pictures and brought in my extensions. Ashley made me feel less nervous by making me feel like she was giving me exactly what I asked for. She blew me away with her talent. She was so sweet. Ive gotten so many compliments on my hair and referred them all to her! I will definitely be back to see her!

Lotus Saloon is the place when it come to a great upscale Hair Saloon which is very customers satisfaction oriented. I have been getting my hair cut there for some time and would not think of going anywhere else.
