The absolute worse experience ever!! Dont go here! My daughter went here for her prom makeup and hair to be done on 5/19/17. Although she was beautiful when finished they took way longer than they were supposed to. She ended up being late for her pictures (which she was never able to get) and the prom. They ended up being over an hour longer than they said they would be. Plus the staff was rude and treated us horribly. Everyone knew it was taking too long as we kept telling them we needed to be out of there by a certain time. The staff made no attempt in hurrying and never apologized for taking so long. I was planning on going there for my upcoming wedding and the wedding party. Guess where Im not going!

Just had the worst service ever...I walked in to get my eyebrows done at 11:00 am on Saturday, the girl at the counter states Jess (girl who does eyebrow will not be in until 1:00). I go home. I come back at 2:00. Jess is there. She states oh I cant take you, I have an appointment. I didnt even know they took appointments, and it would have been nice if the girl at 11:00 gave me an appointment. WTF.

I believe this location consistently hires customer service associates with attitude I called to inquire about a brand they sell and the attitude was so unnecessary. I dont think Ill ever return
