I went there on Christmas Eve 2014 for the first time... I spent $1008.00. I got filler around my mouth and botox around my eyes and forehead. I normally go to another Doctor. But, he was booked and i really wanted to get my face worked on before the new year. When i went in there intionally for the first day. I wanted a total of 50 units of Botox. Its normally what i get. When i get my face done. Donna said i didnt need that much. Since, i didnt need 50 Units of BOTOX. I decided to get injectable filler done for the first time. So, i went back on Jan. 21. 2015. Because i wasnt happy with the result. So, i explained to Donna Wilcox my concerns. She gave me 4 more units at of BOTOX at $12 a unit. I dont mind spending the money for work to be done on my face. But, i want to be happy with the results while they last. Donna is a real nice lady. She made me feel real comfortable when i was in there but, it seemed like she was rushing when she was doing the injections. But, when i tried to explain how unhappy i was with my face on a different day. Her demeanour changed. I was so nervous in her room. I couldnt wait to get out. I know shes been doing this for years. Im still unhappy with my face with the extra 4 units that was givin to me. I still have wrinkles on my forehead on both sides. The filler wasnt even smoothed out on the right side. I wanted my face to be looking smooth and refreshed. Im a 39 year old divorced lady taking care of my two children by myself. I saved enough money to get my face done and to be happy while it last. I didnt save this money to just throw it away. I work real hard for my money. Im very unhappy ....... I really am.

I came to Rizzieri in Marlton for my first wax, which ended up being a great experience. The entire spa was extremely clean and relaxing. All staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and sweet. I arrived for my appointment half an hour early, and had taken two Tylenol previously to help with the pain of the wax. Even though I arrived earlier than scheduled, I was taken in for my appointment within 15 minutes of my arrival. Carmen, my waxer, was friendly and knowledgeable and took great care of me. She talked to me throughout the whole wax and was very helpful. I didnt realize that getting waxed while during PMS time would cause it to be more painful, and she informed me of this, as well as advised me as to how to take care of the waxed area following the appointment. I also bought an 8 oz. bottle of Tend Skin to prevent razor burn and bumps and ingrown hairs, which ran me about $30.00. After returning home, I discovered that I could get this for slightly less money online, but ah well, lesson learned. Overall, the experience was great. I felt well-taken care of and perfectly comfortable in Rizzieris clean and relaxing environment.

Had a very pleasant experience here! Mary Kay was very helpful and made me very comfortable chopping my long hair into a short angled bob. (i have to admit, on the way over I was planning an escape route in my head!) It feels awesome and thick and healthy the next day and I keep getting compliments :) and I liked that she didnt put a ton of product in my hair, just a pomade that smells amazing! She was very attentive and listened to me explain what I was looking for. I would highly recommend going to see her! the cut was a little pricey, but it was a very nice salon and I kind of expected that. I think it was worth it because I left happy and you can definitely tell I got my hair cut by someone experienced that loves her career! Thank you Mary Kay! :) 5 stars!

I used to be a regular client here but have pretty much stopped going. The front desk people spend so much time trying to be clipped, polished and professional that they do not manage to be actually helpful. I have waited endlessly to pay for products and services because none of the clipped, polished and professional staff bothered to notice my existence on the other side of the counter. Front desk people have argued with me when I have tried to pay cash for something without giving any personal information for their computer. It is a shame, the salon staff is talented. I do not know why the people running this place put so much effort into alienating customers trying to give them money.

I have been getting my hair highlighted for over 15 years, and for those 15 years, I have tried countless salons, friends, everywhere. I went by recommendations and reviews and was just never happy! My hair turned out yellow, orange (even green!) and fried/brittle. I thought that it was just how my hair was. I decided to give Rizzieri a shot and am SO happy I did. Rosa is amazing. She fixed my hair color first, slowly worked up to the blonde (the right way!) and it has been fabulous every single time, every time!!! It always comes out shiny, soft, and beautiful. Ive only gone to Rosa, but everyone walks out with a smile, so Im pretty sure they are all amazing!

I went for the first time with high expectations. I scheduled an appointment but when I got there they asked me to sit with a smock. I was waiting for 20-25 minutes and nobody came to get me or even asked me if I needed help. I got up went to the front desk and told her what happened and told her I have to leave as I had to be somewhere. She said sorry we are really busy as its prom day, I am sorry. So why did she give me appointment? She could have just said sorry we are busy today. Anyway my first experience was not at all what I expected it to be.

Tess was very accommodating and took time to teach, and answer my questions nicely! I love my hair :) Melissa was very professional and detailed! I love how she sees the importance of using your "original" natural beauty rather than just painting your face! Bright establishment, and all the staffs was very friendly as well. I had to wait for about 30 minutes, but it didnt bother much when you get a great customer service! Thank you ladies! I will be coming back for more service!

I love Rizzieri. They carry great products by Aveda and they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Dana & Keith have both given me great cuts and dyes and highlights, Michelle is an expert at waxing and she is so gentle, Carmen gives the best facials. I have had facials elsewhere and Carmen beats them all. Yes, I have had to wait for 10 -15 minutes at some times and yes, they can be a bit pricey, but it is well worth it! You get what you pay for.

Travelle is awesome! I just had my first appointment and it was relaxing and easy. He was very knowledgeable on hair care and patient in helping me through my natural hair journey. He also has a diverse portfolio which appealed to me because I believe that the best stylists know how to do more than one type of hair. He was very friendly and professional. Such a 180 from my horrible small shop experience! I highly recommend booking an appointment with Travelle!
