I had the worst experience Ive ever had in a salon. I was in shock. Not only was the haircut completely different from the multiple photos I brought, it was very uneven. Ive been coming here for awhile and will never again. I dont recommend this place for anyone. I asked for an angle and she chopped approximately 4 inches straight across. I hate my haircut. It has been difficult to style and I find uneven pieces of hair all the time. Ive literally been taking biotin to try and grow out this mess so I can start over. Please be very cautious. Another thing I should note is that, when I came back for them to try to fix it, which was a waste of time, they tried to say that I was unsure of what I wanted in the first place as if no mistake was made and it was my fault. Unbelievable. I tried to keep this to myself, but 3 weeks later Im still very mad about my haircut.

Horrible Experience .. I wish I could give 0 star. There was this Hispanic lady and it was hard time explaining how I wanted the haircut to be. Explaining felt tough till the she showed the action on her Trimmer. She actually started to rub the base of the trimmer on my scalp and I really got bruising feeling on it. Also it was not that I asked for 0 number on trimmer .. it was 4 or 5 only for which she was trying to give such a service. I would say she should be sent to training once again to continue her service there. I was first time there so I agreed for her but I watched people deliberately avoiding her, may be they knew how she is.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS A HALF STAR. THE. WORST. SERVICE. EVER!!! DONT GO THERE. THEY RUSH TO CUT THE HAIR. NATALIE I BELIEVE HER NAME IS IS NOT A GOOD HAIRSTYLIST. SHE WOULDNT LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TOLD HER TO CUT MY HAIR A LITTLE SHORTER AND WAS SO RUDE ON TOP OF THAT. SHE LITERALLY TOOK 2 MINUTES IN DOING MY HAIR. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE $15 GO AHEAD BUT I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. I WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER GOING FOR YEARS BUT NOT ANYMORE.

Stylist couldnt understand what I asked her. Perhaps this was due to her thick accent. I asked if someone else could cut my hair due to the confusion and they left me sitting while that talked about me behind my back. Terrible service.

This was my first time trying Great Clips and I am happy to say my hair looks great! My hair grew to one length and I needed layers desperately, Sonia took her time and I walked out feeling fabulous. Great Clips has a new customer.

Very close to my work at The Sylvan Learning Center of Hamilton. The staff is friendly, they do a proper consultation and they give me a good haircut.
