I will never ever go in this place again. Weeks ago they lost my pants and never found them again. This week I took my uniform on a wednesday morning over there and of course on Friday there was not finised. I have to mention I live 15 min. driving away and work nights so I need my items at this moment. So I told them to give me my items as there are, I wash them myself. The guys answer was, I could not do that there are in the maschine and I could come back in 4 hr or sit and wait here. You must be kidding me I told them, and yes I got loud , because the whole time he could not even look at me and I had to ask him 5 times if he even listend to what I sad. Suddendly he looks up and says I only relay messages and you are shouting at me and you are not paying my paycheck. OKAY thats the way you thinking! I would like to know who pays your paycheck when your boss has no buisness anymore. Smarta.....! I had to leave the cleaner otherwise I think I had puched this guy in the face. Should had listend to my husband and called the police for refusal to give me my property back. But I will find out the adress of the main buisness and write to them and then we will see who pays whom!

I dont understand why the clothes always stink whenever i go to pick them up. I learned its the garment bags that they put the clothes in, so now if i need an item cleaned, i take it to another cleaners, they charge more but at least they get out any stains that may be on my items. This place puts the tape on your clothes as to remind themselves there is a stain to remove, but when i pick up my items a few times the stain was still there. After a few times of this happening i just decided if i need an item steamed, i go and ask if they can steam my item on the spot and i just wait for it w/o them having to put my items in those stinky bags. There is this saying "You Get What You Pay for" same principle applies as for this cleaners. The Staff is usually nice, but whats not nice is that smell on my clothes.

I use them all them all the time. The reason they get a 4 star rating is because ONLY ONE of the employees is friendly, and thats the tall white guy with the funky haircut and piercings. Hes always smiling. Also, Ive had the same experience as another customer that did a review on here...garment was poorly pressed and had residue on it. I didnt notice it until I was putting the dress on. I would like to say that one time a shirt they handed me still had a stain on it but as soon as I seen it they apologized and recleaned it. Luckily I didnt need it right away. The stain came out.

Items came back unclean and when I called to rectify the situation they refused to give me my money back. They said they performed a service and couldnt return it but in actuality they did not perform the service if the item was still dirty. It shows poor leadership and low quality of work. I suggest another dry cleaner! You would save money instead of paying them and paying someone else for the same item.

Personally not an fan of this 1.99 dry cleaners. Every time I had a article of clothing cleaned at least one was coming back with a small hole. FYI if u have any clothing that cost you alot to purchase do not have it cleaned here. Dont take the chance for them to destroy it.

completely agree with those who have given 1 star They have ruined my expensive dresses Though they say dry cleaning, I guess they use water My synthetic top from Banana Republic is shrunk so much that,it cannot fit me any more...Lousy people though friendly...no use

Have been bringing my clothes here for a while now. They are very efficient, clothes are always done on time. They always do a good job with all my clothes. Its in a bit of a weird spot for driving though.

Horrible. My clothes were poorly ironed, and still had residue of what I think was soap and cleaning product. Everything is going back to a real cleaners
