It used to be a nice place. But recently it has been awful. People leave their clothing in the washers unwashed and therere arent anymore washers and you cant take the clothes out to use the machine. Staff is not allowed to remove anyones washed or unwashed things from any machines. I had to wait 45 min to get a washer because apparently the people put there clothes in and leave the premises. Staff and management cant help . Its totally unprofessional here.

Been going here since 2000. Good place, but here are the warning. Dont leave cloth unattended, those Dominicans hoodrats will steal your cloths. Dont be nice to people, theyll watch you walk away and steal your designer cloths. Done leave washing machine unattended, some jealous wanna Kim Kardashian will put bleach in your dryer when your not looking out of pure jealousy. Dont roll up in a nice car, hoodrat will try to make you buy her a laundry card...

FAMELY FIRST Nevaeh Jolie & Co.

They supposedly close at midnight w/ last wash @10 but Ive gone several times at 9 & the doors are locked!! And if you happen to get in (manually slide the doors)... the workers run up to you and say you cant wash, even though the last wash time is clearly posted. I watched a gentlemen with 1 basket get turned away at 9:05! Ridiculous!

Dont bother coming to this place if you dont speak spanish. No one speaks enlish here! If you want your money back from any lost laundry cards you wont get it. They rob you for any money left on cards. They tell you they give it back but they dont. They already got me for $12.

Good laundromat but perhaps customers are bad people. I used laundromat for the first time and someone stole my fitted sheet to my bed and my satin pillow cases. I did not leave my clothes unattended but I was in the waiting area.

This place eats your money, vending machine ate my money and gave me nothing and the girl at the counter could do nothing about it, and the dryers are DEFINETLY charging more than 34 cents/9 min!

Doesnt wash your clothes properly anymore it used to be a good place to wash and dry but half the time washers or dryers are not working
