The gym itself gross, sweaty, and not sanitary. Same goes to the TERRIBLE staff! I was going there for about 10 months (started in January) with no problems with payment. All of a sudden I went in October of 2016 and a staff member named Rhea (Ree-ah) said I havent been paying since January... Lol...(keep in mind Ive been going 3x a week since January) So I said okay , tried to set up an account so I could renew it but she was rude, inconsiderate, and NOT customer friendly. So I decided not at all to give them my business since Im not going to be treated like that. I told her to Cancel the account...she didnt. So I went in today to personally cancel it and when I told the ASSISTANT manager, SAM, about how I was treated she said that I was insulting her staff members. She was snotty and NOT manganer material!!!! Only After my dogged determination and follow ups was I able to get a refund for the last month that I didnt use. I was treated like a P.O.S and would HIGHLY recommend giving your business to a gym that knows how to treat their paying clients.

It really depends on what you are looking for. PF isnt a gym for bodybuilders, people who are hardcore into fitness, or people looking for a variety of options. What you get is a ton of cardio equipment which is always available (treadmills, elliptical, bikes, etc.), a decent amount of weight machines, but a very limited amount of free weights. There is a "No grunting" rule, which keeps the attention-needy muscleheads who have to grunt and scream with every rep out of the facility, which I rather appreciate. Its not the cleanest gym, nor the fanciest, but at $10 a month, its a steal for what they offer. I have had memberships at many gyms, from the privately owned basement dungeons to places like LA Fitness and the price is what got me to switch to PF. After 2 years, however, Im ready to dish out more cash for more options. It was a very cost efficient 2 years though, it just gets boring after a while. If you dont care about variety and want to save some money, PF is the place for you.

If you are really into fitness and thats all you do, this is probably not the gym for you. Lots of cardio equipment, few weight machines, and even less free weights. Its mostly average people with a mix of super fit people as well. I personally like it here. The staff is very nice and friendly, there is always a machine to use even after all the people sign up after new years, and they just upgraded the AC so its not so hot when its packed (when I say packed, its not really packed. just not empty like it typically is). Overall, it really cant be beat for $10. FYI invest in a lock for your locker, had my wallet stolen almost 1yr after first signing up.

Such a joke - Crowded, cheap and dirty. If you are looking to get into (or stay in shape), this is NOT the place for you. For $10 a month, they let everyone and anyone inside. Place is ALWAYS so crowded and its more of a place to hang out then to work out. So crowded with people standing around I thought i was going to injure someone or myself when lifting. So many people in there, people have actually hit into my weights when lifting and I almost dropped them. Usually spent more time waiting for machines than actually using them. Place is dirty dirty dirty. Canceled my membership and went to a better gym.

I have been a member for a few years. The place is always spotless. I noticed that the other members seem diligent in cleaning up after themselves. The staff has always been cheerful. HOWEVER, yesterday, I found out that they are honest to a fault!!! I dropped my wallet. When I returned later in the day, Nicole and Alyson (sic?) presented me with my wallet. I had a lot of cash in it... it was all there. They refused a finders fee ,tip or any other compensation. Hows that for Christmas spirit!!!

The staff greets you with a smile, havent met one rude employee, though i dont really go up to them for anything. I always see the staff cleaning the machines, locker rooms are kept clean too. Its not always crowded, it really depends what time you go. For $10-$20 a month its not too bad.

I dont agree with the negative reviews. It is clean and well maintained. The equipment selection and facilities are visible to the visitor. The staff are all very friendly. It is not unreasonably crowded most times.

From all the Planet Fitness this one has the best trainer and the best staff especially the trainer Luke Meola he is a great guy he takes his time with each person when he does his program classes

They really need to hire a cleaning crew. They also need to buy some equipment so its a real gym! Dumbbells go to 50lbs - no talking, no grunting, like working out in a prison.

It was quiet and clean, not packed during lunch hour. Only thing I wish this gym would have is a small changing room like some other PF have.
